A truly world class hotel in so many ways. From the first minute the staff are fantastic and nothing is any trouble for them. I have been impressed with every last detail of the hotel, the rooms are great, the beds very comfortable, pool area fantastic .
Food was amazing, the service from the restaurant staff has been incredible. Many thanks to you all

From the moment we stepped into the hotel until we checked out, the customer care and level of service we received was exceptional. My loyalty status was immediately recognised and acknowledged. We were given early check-in, our room was upgraded to a two bedroom suite on the 28th floor and we were able to choose breakfast as a welcome amenity.

Nacera on the front desk was friendly and polite, but most importantly, extremely competent. She was very knowledgeable in her job role, which I appreciated greatly as it made the whole experience for me smooth and stress-free.

I had two separate bookings as I was using my AMB certificate, Nacera set everything up so it was a straight forward transition from one booking to the next and no interruptions occurred in my stay.

We were only visiting Dubai for a short break so the location of the hotel was perfect for us. We were right next door to a huge mall that you can access directly from the lobby.

Public transport and metered Taxis were easily available from outside the hotel.

As per the Intercontinental brand, the hotel met all expectations in terms of cleanliness, decor, service and comfort and even went above average in my opinion.

I would definitely recommend staying here.

A spectacular hotel, combining luxury, courtesy and comfort. The Intercontinental Festival City has fast become my hotel of choice whenever I’m in Dubai. Everything about this hotel was perfect- from its facilities, staff, location and vibe; truly exceptional. From the spotlessly clean & spacious room, to the plush bedding, light filled spaces, indulgent bathtub / and massive wardrobe- my suite comprised of every conceivable need to ensure my stay was perfect. The friendliness of the hotel team was exceptional, from Usman Ghani at front desk from the moment I arrived, to Manisha at the Anise restaurant for the buffet breakfast heaven, everyday- right through to the meticulous housekeeping crew. Thank you all for making my stay a restorative joy. I am delighted to be an IHG member and experience the finest hotel opportunities in the World.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the intercontinental hotel and swimming pool must say, the lifeguard Rabindra on duty truly made a difference in my experience. From the moment I arrived, I noticed his attentiveness and professionalism.
His vigilant in ensuring the safety of all guests, always keeping a close eye on the pool area. I felt secure knowing there was someone so dedicated to their responsibilities.
Not only he focused on safety, but he also has a friendly and approachable demeanor.

My family and I had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff was amazing at providing the best option for our budget since we are a family. The kids had fun swimming in the beautiful pool, then got to go to the mall easily since it’s connected to the hotel. Overall we had an amazing experience and a comfortable stay.

Thank you chef! Thank you staff! You were all very hospitable, friendly, and accommodating. The anise restaurant ran like a clock thanks to their wonderful head chef! Special thanks to our sever Ajay!l The food prepared daily fresh and very delicious. Our room was clean, big and had a wonderful view of the Dubai creek. Thank you to the the wonderful housekeeping staff! And to our favorite servers in the upstairs club lounge, Lee, Carolyn, Backarat, Ali as well as the rest of their staff and management, you all are the best !!! Thanks the Mitchell’s!

Excellent service and location. Staff was very cordial. Attached to the Festival City Mall, the area surrounding which is great for evening walks. Overall a peacful and elegant place. Beautiful lobby and dining area. Worth the money.

The staff and the facilities were fantastic. The food was great. The location was peaceful, yet vibrant because of the adjacent Festival City Mall and its laser shows in the evening. Special thanks to Wahid for a smooth and caring check-in experience. Kudos to the chefs and the people managing Anise during the meals. The housekeeping staff was excellent. We had a great time and will come back.
