We stayed at Crown Plaza for 2 nights and it was superb! Great and helpfull reception and lobby staff especially Mr. Mumammad, Mr. Omar and very specials thanks to Mr. Ahmed.
Breakfast was also great! Pool was Nice! Totally it was a great exprience for someone like me who has travelled to many great hotels around the world.

Very good hotel and very Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Rajiv cleaning the room every day very good. Also very good staff at the swimmingpool. I cannot find anything to do better. Hotel name was Crown Plaza 5*

I have a very good stay for a one day visit at Dubai, the manager CM not only gave us a warm welcome, she also upgraded us to the top floor . Her smile and helpful attitudes gave our long journey a comfort.

One of the most comfortable hotels where you can find amazing friendly service… I stayed there many times and not even one was disappointed…

The spa has a beautiful welcoming atmosphere. My massage therapist Nicky has a kind and warm personality, she is extremely skilled and amazing as a massage therapist.The staff were so very kind to offer me a complimentary cake on my birthday. I left feeling relaxed and pampered ????

Very good massage! A must do if you stay at Intercontinental hotel Festival City.
Very professional and clean.

Crown plaza at festival city is a wonderful location and full of care from the entrance concierge,from main reception and room service it is mine fifth visit to crown plaza -excellent service and wonderful location for our ENT conference
