Manager is rude. Her way of speaking is shouting and intimidating-big change from the sweet face she shows when you first go in to rent from them.
They try their best to keep every last penny of deposit and try their luck to charge for things not mentioned. Their commission rates are a joke and in excessive of market rate. Don’t deal with this agency. I wish I had read these reviews before signing with them!

This is the only google review i have wrote ever . This is the worst real estate company i have dealt ,specially the manager who is responsible for abarsha area is a guy who doesn’t have any credibility ( i heard it from previous tenants and it was true ) . Thats why their shop and houses always on the market , because no one wants stay with them and continue the contract.

Be careful dealing with this company especially the manager, owner, whoever she is but she is the rudest, unprofessional person you will ever meet. This company are nothing short of cheats, do not rent, lease or buy from them, if you do you will forever regret it

NOON HOTEL APARTMENTS, PART OF INTERNATIONAL HOUSE
We stayed here for 2 years after having a very convincing meeting with the sales rep Ahmed Reesh. The stay itself was pleasant, we had everything we needed close by. The guys were helpful WHEN they wanted to be. Our AC was never seen to properly, thats one issue. The thing is, they are all nice as you pay them, but as soon as you want to leave the attitude changes. They started to ignore our requests. We had a furnished apartment but bought our own furniture , beds and sofa. As we were about to leave we sold our beds and asked for them to put theirs back in, which they didnt. We had to sleep on the floor which was very uncomfortable. They did not return our change for the extra days we stayed, which comes to approx £60. They took approx £5.5k deposit, like many do and now have made many excuse to NOT RETURN it and made a list of silly reason why. They amount that they are willing to return is jut approx £80. We have filed a case against them, as many of their reasons were a joke and not required by law, as we were told by Rera. We always paid our bills on time and never bothered them. To be treated like this is unacceptable and we will not leave this matter unresolved, they can not treat people like a joke. They already have many negative reviews about conning people. So what to take away from this? DO NOT PAY TO STAY HERE OR DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, ALSO KNOWN AS INTERNATIONAL HOUSE IN BUSINESS BAY, NOON HOTEL IS A PART OF THEIR COMPANY. PAY FOR SHORT TERM ALL IN. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.

Night shift Security is amazing person, helpful and attentive. Location is good. Cleanliness is maintained. AC problem takes more time to fix then usual. Car parking access card is not replaceable even it’s not working.

very rood staff & bad quality and they will eat your security deposit by saying 500 cleaning & 500 painting and so on
i was disappointed and not recommending any one to death with them

Enjoyed my stay here with friends 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms one with tub all i can say is good place to stay and secure too
