These negative reviews are clearly very sensitive people. The post office is open on a SUNDAY! Very efficient staff and very quick to process. They also accept everi parcels. The parking outside is ample

I wish you could select ZERO STARS!

I was struggling to locate the delivery.
No note was posted to advise an attempted delivery, I had to follow the tracking to find that Parcel Force had attempted the delivery and sent to the Upper Mulgrave Post Office.

This Post Office is out of my way so I tried to call them to check if the parcel was still there.
The Post Office staff are very unhelpful.
They took my details, put the phone down and didn’t attempt to locate the parcel, I heard a conversation in the background, then they hung up on me.
I tried calling back, no answer in 5 attempts, waited 5 minutes and called again, this time they refused to help me and said I have to go to the Post Office for help.

When I got to the Post Office, it turned out that the parcel had already been sent back to the depot, when I asked "Which depot" i was told to look online.

A complete waste of my time that could have been avoided.

I hate to write bad reviews of any business, but Mulgrave Road post office is just awful. This morning, nobody had arrived to open the PO counters, leaving just the newsagents counter open. The young man running this counter was surely and unapologetic, despite several customers not receiving PO counter services.
The staff are unhelpful, openly rude, aggressive and lazy.
Avoid if you can find an alternative.

Regularly use both Royal Mail and EVRI services here. Served and dealt with quickly and efficiently. Easy to park outside.

Consistently poor customer service. Often opens late. Cash machine constantly has problems which the staff ignore or are dismissive about. They also routinely try to overcharge people for special delivery when they have asked for first class recorded. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent post office and services provided by both the boys with specs serving in the morning at the shop till and post office counter.dont remember the names.But great keep it up.

Best post office ever visited.Staff is too good and excellent.especially the person in front counter Sahil is perfect with politeness and helping behaviour.. keep it up..cheers.

I have recently been appalled by the service of one person. A young man wearing glasses who is often at the front of the shop.
This is nit the very lovely talk gentleman that is often at the end in the post office section. This man is an amazing individual that is polite and efficient ti everyone. His manner is great and he is an asset to this establishment.
No I mean the one that is at the front who always has a face that looks as if he hates being there.
This place was so lovely to visit until he started to work here. I pick up items delivered there only to be asked, “ tracking number show me the email. can I see your ID?” every-time even though I am there every week. No one does this as I am a regular customer.
I made a comment that only he does this and he said” yeah ok madam!” How rude! I feel unwelcome as a customer and prior to him being here this was the opposite. I don’t know why he treats me like this as I am polite but however nice I am to him he still treats me as if he does not want me there. I have never had such bad treatment in my life for no reason. I will now go elsewhere as it’s better to travel further away than to be treated like this!
