Fort Kinnaird is a large retail park with many different places to visit, with a great variety of stores available to suit everyone’s shopping needs.

There are several food outlets for those who wish to dine, including American, Italian, Asian, as well as a cheeky Nando’s in there too. On top of that, there are several coffee shops and ‘on the go’ stops such as Starbucks, Costa and Greggs.

On the shopping side there are many different places to choose from.
For clothing there is M&S, Primark and TK Maxx.
If you need electrical they have Argos and Currys.
For kids there is a giant Smyths toy store, as well as a small play park for those who wish to take a break.
If you want to see the latest movies they also have a medium sized cinema which holds 7 screens.

The area is huge, with plenty of parking across two separate parks. It also has extremely regular public transport to and from the city centre, as well as a train station nearby.

Would definitely recommend for a day out.

I've been a fat face customer for as long as I can remember, at least 25 years. I still have some of the clothes I bought back in the day. The quality of the clothing speaks for itself. Some may think that the clothing is a bit on the more expensive side, but if you take into account the good quality and the length of time it lasts, it's not expensive at all. Most of the styles are timeless, (that's a great thing these days), but the styles are definitely distinctive. The branding is usually subtle, it's there but not in your face which I like.
The sales are terrific, many items almost half price.

The staff at First Kinnaird, Edinburgh are very helpful and well informed, which is great when you are shopping for gifts.

I like the brand, I like the feel of the shop and I love the clothing.

Fort Kinnaird is the place for shopping for all varieties. The fort is very clean and has more than enough parking. Sometimes, especially during the festive season, the parking can get quite limited. But otherwise the fort is perfect

Great shopping experience at Fort Kinnaird always, good selection of shops from Currys to Smyths, Greegs, Primark, JD, Vue Cinema … just go and do shopping you will also find a place there to relax and drink a good coffee at NERO coffee ☕️. Enjoy

Best Weatherspoons I've visited. Lots of space 2 outdoor eating places 1 for smokers and 1 for non smokers. The toilets are on ground floor yippee

Yes a nice place to visit..8/10 could do with a few more bars and most definitely some Scottish traditions.. lot's of space and friendly people with good vibes

Much more variety than when I lived nearby 12 years ago. New fast food buildings and a Cinema where the old bowling alley stood (I think). My son particularly enjoys the JD Sports which has a wider range of sale items than the usual stores.

The parking routing could do with some signage as well as road markings as in 5 minutes I saw 3 near misses!

I hate shopping, so this place is like a form of hell on earth for me.

Car loads of females swarming the clothing retailers as if it is a new experience despite doing the same thing every week. Reams of snotty nosed, screaming kids and trails of boyfriends/husbands with glazed eyes, desperately seeking the will to keep on living amidst the cries of "does this look good on me?" for the 30th time that day!

Normally overcrowded with what feels like half-hour traffic queues to escape this modern day Alcatraz!

To draw on the positives, there is generous parking and a wide range of retail and restaurant premises.
