Ja Lake View Hotel was an exceptional experience.The hotel's stunning location, overlooking the picturesque lake, provided a tranquil ambiance for a relaxing stay. outstanding hospitality and attentiveness truly exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived until our departure, they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.The rooms were well-appointed and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The hotel's amenities, such as kid’s club ,splash water and the dining options, were top-notch, providing a luxurious and unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend Ja Lake View Hotel, and a special thanks to Mrs. Diana for making our stay truly exceptional.

This is one of the best Hotels I ever visited in Dubai. The room was super nice and spacious with attention to all the details. The Hotel facilities exceeded the expectations and there are soo many activities to be done which made our stay remarkable. Breakfast and Dinner buffets were perfect. Overall the staff were very friendly and supportive and definitely will visit the Hotel again. Highly Recommended.

We had several meetings and events at this property. Staff was very professional and friendly. Food served during our meetings and events were so good. Amazing selection of international food in 81-restaurant. Vinay from banquet department did a great taking care of us during our meetings. Kristina from events team was very helpful and provided all our requirements.

One of the best 5 stars hotel in Dubai, the rooms are new and clean, the breakfast service is amazing!! They are all perfect and professional, just ask for ( bahawani ) , she is smiling and quick and friendly

The pool areas are clean and organized.. and the beach is definitely worth the visit.

We booked 2 nights Junior suite for the family.
It accommodated 2 adults and 4 children.

There is Homat al Watan, Esaad and Fazaa discounts.

We had access to the Just Splash (water park) at JA beach resort as well.
Amazing welcoming experience, professional staff, amazing breakfast buffet at Eight one cafe.

Of course as all hotels, the peak time is the check in and check out hours. The hotel staff and even the valet staff are trying their very best and they succeeded at it ????????

DEFINITELY the hotel got a spot in our favorite hotels list

The stuff was so good to my son and on of the resaptionest said shutp to my son while he was explaining to her about the key. The rooms smells so bad
I told the housekeeper to come and chk it’s not clean under the sofa bed but they didn’t care !! I ordered pizza to my son but become i was not in the room while my son waiting his food to come they brought it to him but they didn’t have it to his he didn’t pay .. (and I mentioned in the order to charge it on the room like all the normal hotels do) he slept without food it was unfortunately not nice staycation at all

- I book this hotel for splash water park it was close when we arrived (because Monday) i don’t understand way!? And nobody told me this main point when i book.
- There is (no electricity) on the kids club And Sports cafe and gym (with out any apologies from the staff).
- Concierge told me the stables open,
But when we arrived there it was close, they update the time.
- (Now the time 01:08 p.m) nobody come to clean my room.
- To add half-bord for two days for me and my 3 kids it cost 1100 Aed.
- The alarm bell is ringing at 06:00 a.m with no reason.
- Not allowed delivery food come inside the main gate they let customer go to the main road to receive the order (i let him to bring my car to go and collect the food).
- Heater not work, technician said you have to open 5 min after that the hot water come.
The good things:
- The reception Indian lady very kind and helpful, most staff good.
- There is (last exit area) for fast food 17 min from the hotel.

This was my first time staying here but the staff and accommodations was absolutely wonderful! Would highly recommend it for any visiting group of companies and family holidays! Even have a shuttle to the city which truly helps if that’s what you’re looking for! Grounds well kept and exceeded expectations!
