Had a fantastic experience of visiting this beautiful restaurant KInara on my birthday. Ambience was stunning, staff were very friendly and enjoyed every bit of the delicious Indian food. Fortunate to meet chef Vikas khanna. He was so simple affectionate and down to earth.

Delicious food, lamb was very tender and spices good. Nice little trimmings and amuse bouche were brought too. Tasty naan bread, only criticism is I would have liked the bread a bit thicker rather than roti style. Off season so no real atmosphere just some soft musak style music playing, staff were very friendly and helpful.

A hearty place to visit.
Food is amazing and the price is not on a higher side.
JA resort is a beautiful property to visit and the restaurant has added value to it.
Ambiance is beautiful inside out I preferred sitting outside.
The staff is warm and amiable.
Chef Vikas if in Dubai likes to personally meet the customers at times which is an act of kindness.
There's a special mention to Chef Ashish he is amazing and his work speaks volumes.
I tried their desserts and they were a treat to eyes and senses.
Highly recommended place.
The place welcomes you with a touch a love.

I made the reservation for family dinner a month in advance. When we arrived, the restaurant hardly had any guest but by the time we left, it was buzzing with diners. Perhaps luxury of late dinner due to start of weekend. We were hosted by Mr Karamjeet aka Karam. Very warm and courteous gentleman. We ordered drinks, starters and main course. It was my wife's birthday and Kinara offered complimentary cake which was very kind of them.
Drinks: Konkan Fizz was flavourful. Samundar was ok.
Starters: presentation was impeccable. Taste was usual. Few flavours on the side were new and good. Others were tad old. We had prawns and octopus. Not exactly melt in the mouth types but were tender, no doubt.
Main-course: we ordered lamb shank curry whose curry did taste more on nihari side of flavours and was nice. There were elements to add texture, on top. Chicken biryani was normal. Ellora naan and Kinara roti were tasty when warm.
Complimentary cake felt indulgent due to size but was tasty.
Overall, we did not find any x-factor to invite us next time. But yes, we were happy that we tried Chef Vikas Khann's flagship restaurant in DubI.

The place is pure heaven for Punjabi food lovers. Heavenly food with great service. The service staff actually explained the unique standout features of the dishes. And the dishes spoke about themselves. Vikas Khanna, the celebrity chef lending his name to the restaurant adds immense value and character to the restaurant. I will not take time to individually review each dish but take it from me, Dubai has found its best Punjabi food restaurant.

We went their to celebrate wedding anniversary. I was surprised to see very limited menu and quite over priced. There were no taste in any of dishes we ordered. We tried the only soup in the menu, couple of appetizers and main course. The taste was not appropriate at all. The Curries were served ( not served by the waiters at all)with too much salt or without salt, no spices.
Highly disappointed by signature restaurant by Michelin star chef Vikas.

Very caring staff, over all.
Food was delicious looked unique and attractive. Bonus points was providing complimentary dishes.
Ambience was awesome, location was charming, had good vibes.
