I stayed for 2 weeks in March 2023 in a studio apartment. Having a kitchen was very helpful, the bed is bigger than a king bed and comfortable. The location was great, did not have to face Marina's traffic to get in or out. Some supermarkets and restaurants nearby. All in all a very pleasant stay.
The housekeeping staff - Mr. Anil was attentive to my requests and always had a smile on his face while doing his duty.
The Engineering department was responsive when I needed help.
The service was generally good.

I stayed here for 3 nights and extended my stay for another night cause i got so comfortable with the place!

The location is so ideal if you want to roam around Dubai! The JBR beach is walking distance that has a great view and a lot of establishments that you can dine and drink. The view at the beach during sunset is so majestic!

There is a restaurant at the ground floor, i really love the Filipino restaurant their Filipino cuisine is top of the notch. A convenience store as well is located at the ground floor.

The check in process is so pass and the receptionists are accommodating especially the two Filipina in the morning shift and the other two foreign workers in at the afternoon and the night shift.

Got my room cleaned daily, and the housekeeping personnels are so welcoming and very fast and efficient with the request.

The price is definitely a steal! A room that has a bath tub, set of towels, cleaned linens, and the best is it has its own kitchen with kicthen stuff to use in cooking, Big refrigerator, microwave, smart TV and the wifi is so fast! A best deal for the price!

You don't need to loom for some other alternatives as they have their own private pool, sauna, steam,and working gym!

Thank you for the whole team for making my stay in Dubai so amazing!

Super near to metro and tram as well!

Great work from the reception to the daily cleaning of the rooms. Must highlight the service attitude and great support from Mr Dennis and Mr. Gopi. Very focused on details to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Dear Mr. Fadi , I have extended one more week to my stay here with ( Jannah Palace ) only because it’s clean , quite and ideally located not very far from Metro station.

My stay is comfortable and relax. But the view from window is disappointing, I would suggest if for long staying guest you upgrade them to Marina view side , that would be encouraging and would build customer loyalty..

The hotel is a short walk from the metro and the beach. The rooms are good , but you can't drink the water in the hotel. You have to buy water down the street, which is weird. The hotel is cash only and they will send you down the street to an ATM if you don't have cash... and weird as I had an initial payment by credit card through the company's online e-portal.

The Hotel was well located, ambient and clean. Staff was a bit cold, however the stay was comfortable. Breakfast options were very low and misaligned.

I went here today for coffee with my friend and I couldn't enter here as I didn't have a passport in my bag. Although I showed my passport and visa scanned, we could not enter the hotel as a visitor. I did not have to show my original passport even when obtaining a visa to the United Arab Emirates. Even when getting a phone line, it was enough to show the scanned version of my passport. But even though I am a visitor here, I need to show the original of my passport. The attendant at the door said that there are working rules and this applies to every hotel. but I've never had such a problem in any other hotel. Also, there is no waiting area for visitors.

Excellent and clean hotel and close to the beautiful places in Dubai Marina, but I was confronted with some problems that I think are unintentional. I booked through a third side. When I arrived, the reservation was not present and they said that it takes some time, as I booked two hours ago, and I do not know if this is normal or not. I also booked a separate beds and a balcony and did not get this, but the beauty in the receptionist dealt with the problem and promised me to solve it, and here I am enjoying my room, but without a balcony ????????
