The foods are okay taste-wise, but nothing special. Some of the staff are not friendly or accommodating. I think they are overpriced. Also, you have to wait for at least 40–50 minutes before the food arrives.

The ambience of the place is nice. If you want to taste Filipino dishes, you can visit them. But there are other Filipino restaurants that have better food and are cheaper.

Tucked away in Dubai Marina, this eatery is a hidden gem! We tried a variety of dishes:

Appetizers
- Lumpiang Shanghai: these spring rolls are a must try, crispy and delicious
- Tokwa’t Bawang: the soy vinegar sauce accompanying the crispy tofu is really flavourful
- Crispy Tawilis: these fried anchovies were a bit too oily and a bit bland for us but it’s something different to try

Mains:
- Kooya Fried Chicken: delicious! Everyone at the table enjoyed this
- Chicken Inasal: really flavourful grilled chicken with a soy vinegar sauce, another favourite
- Tostadong Bulalo: the brisket and marrow were both delicious!
- Beef Belly Caldereta: recommended! Very tasty dish

Desserts
- Halo Halo: must have! This was so good
- Banana Turon Split: if you like banana or fruity desserts this is a good one
- Peach Mango Pie: no bad, but the other desserts we tried were better

The ambience was quite nice, it has a bit of a tropical vibe.
The service was just okay. Most of our dishes took quite some time to get to the table.
Parking: Free parking in the building. There's a barrier at the side of the building that allows you to enter the parking area.

Food are super delicious. Their viands will want you to order more rice, that tasty and good. The ambiance is very Filipino which makes me a proud Filipino myself. The staff are very accommodating. Try them, the experience is all worth it.

Food is good. Taste is subjective as per each individual's preference. It's different and unique compared to the typical filipino home cooked meals. Plating is very appealing so as is the interior, very cozy and comforting! Insta worthy ???? Worth visiting for the hype. Service on the other hand was really amazing. We we're served by Mr. Vincent. Big shout out to you kuya for the warm smile and genuine personality.????????☺️ Try booking in advance to avoid the que ☺️

It was not my first time trying Filipino food but it was my first time trying Kooya. The security guard will let you park next to the restaurant for free, just press the button on the speaker. I visited with my Filipino friend who helped me navigate the menu and choose something I’ve never tried before like Kare Kare. The food & drinks did take a little while to arrive but then suddenly everything arrived at once and could barely fit on our small table. The crispy pancit canton is a big portion. The chicken inasal was perfectly charred and marinated. The highlight for me was definitely the halo halo which comes in two sizes solo or grande. Make sure to mix it properly before enjoying so you can try all the flavors and textures together.

We visited during the eid holiday and its full. But nothing to worry because they have a crew that's been lining up the costumers. The staffs are kind, polite and very attentive.

The restaurant vibe is very Filipino. The interiors are nice. The decorations and lighting are well done.

So, there's a que for table but they will get your order ahead of time so when its your turn for the table, you don't have to wait long for your food.

For the foods, we ordered tostadong bulalo, tortang talong, shanghai and batchoy. And halo-halo for the dessert. The foods are nice. I love their shanghai and batchoy. For me, nothing so special about the tostadong bulalo unless you love bone marrow.. Their halo-halo is one the best Ive ever tasted here in Dubai. You will really feel and distinguished the ingredients of it. And it has kesong puti, which first time i tried within halo-halo.

Came to try the hype kooya’s eatery.. the ambiance is nice.. Food wise presentation is good but there is no extraordinary taste that can excite once palate.. Service is slow because there was only 3 servers.. Because of the long waiting time we cancelled 1 order..

Awesome place to eat in Dubai Marina. We had the Chicken Inasal and Chichen Sisig with with garlic rice. The best Filipino food I've had in Dubai. Great service by Jane, she was amazing salamat ????... We will definitely be back for the Palabok.
