Vandana -Sales Executive…what an amazing customer service . I visited them twice at totally different situations and they have stayed the same in customer interaction .They have absolutely stunning collection and would totally recommend them. Whoever hired all the staff certainly well done .

Great diamond collection and reasonable discounts. Friendly and active staffs to guide us properly to select the right jewellary. Special mention to Rajesh Pai who is very helpful and supportive on our 2 visits to Jawahara in Barsha Lulu Building.

Worst customer service I’ve seen in Dubai! Salesman Mani in Lulu shopping mall branch was dishonest with the prices and refused to admit that, he is very disappointing..

I ordered a tape measure through the amazon app that came and due to a manufacturing error was faulty, I got in contact with the guys and a free of charge replacement was at my door the next day, second to none service.
