The customer service here is really good - the staff are super friendly and gave us complimentary soup and desert because our order was taking long to prepare. Overall, I do wish they had more vegetarian options. Their vegetarian menu was very limited. I did really like their burrata salad (their dressing is amazing!) - I definitely do recommend that as a vegetarian option.

1-Bread starter smells good good sign of freshness
2-Complimentary starters creamy tomato soup with a bouchee of veggies wrapped in salmon. Amazing couple of sweet and sour bites that open your appetite. (pic 1)
3-Qinoa with avocado baby tomato almonds orange sauce amd lime dressing. Perhaps on the sweeter side of the spectrum but still enjoyable. (pic 2)
4-Grilled scallops on a bed of ananas assorted with sweet and sour sauces. (pic 4)
5-Palette cleanser lemon with cinnamon sorbet . (pic 3)
6-Risotto with creamy tomato and 5 types of seafood. One of the best dishes I have ever tried! (pic 5)
7-Seabass with lovely butter lemon and another nutty sauce sauteed veggies and mashed potatoes (pic 7)
A hidden gem in hatta that easily deserves a 5 all day!!

Tasty food, well presented. The most delicious sorbet and risotto. We loved complimentary tuna with tomato soup too.

The platters were relatively with good servings and proportions. One dish helps 3 people with a normal appetite.
We were given the idea one dish serves one person, and ordered too much, hence it was pinching on the budget.
Ambience was good with medium lighting and a table already occupied with business travellers.

Wide variety of good food. Mostly hotel restaurants standards such as seafood, meat, Italian and grilled items. The steak is ok, but the chocolate fondant is worth a try

Ordered the mezze platter (fatoosh, baba ghanoosh, hummus, falafel, vine leaves, chicken skewers), butter chicken and the broccoli avocado salad.
Not a single thing we ordered tasted good, we almost didn’t touch our food. Service was terribly slow. It’s a shame that it’s the only available restaurant for dining in JA hatta fort resort.

This is one of the best hotel resturant I tried since ages, they take care of all the details:
The taste
The presentation
The potion of food
This deserve 5 stars no further discussion

I wish they maintain such quality...bravooo
