An almost unheard-of straight five stars for exemplary service. .

I've called them a couple of times lately at short notice and either been told honestly that they can't possibly come for the next hour or promised a car in ten minutes that's then turned up even before I've texted my wife to let her know.

Last night's driver even offered to back into our drive to make it easier for me to unload my shopping. This afternoon they couldn't answer my call so I rang off. Two minutes later, a text.

If I could give six stars, I honestly would

I have used this taxi service a fair few times now. Cannot fault them. Shaun, Kate & Dec are super friendly and chatty. Never ever late for me if anything they are normally early. Absolutely recommend these guys if you are looking for a decent taxi company in Carmarthen area. If I could score them more than 5 stars I would.

Saved the day after another taxi company failed to show to a pre booked trip at 2am they managed to collect me and my friend straight away and get us back home safely definitely recommend great service ????

Fantastic taxi company in Carmarthen. Service was second to none. Booking was extremely easy and very friendly. Driver was exceptional, prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. Prices were very competitive and would highly recommend D&M Cars for all taxi journeys. Thank you all for such a great service.

The d&m cars are fab with me as they pick me up and drop me off but always turns up either before or on time for me. They are kind drivers the management are fabulous, so lovely and they are an a reliable taxi service that I do depend on but with out fail they are always there when I need them, fab conversations and I feel comfortable using their taxies as they are not disrespectful. They are good teamworkers and I don't tend to use taxies as I don't feel comfortable with some but d&m are amazing with people with individual needs and apsoloutly the most understanding drivers I could ask for, thank you d&m for helping me it's just so much appreciated ????
