My son went there for 7 years and went to work at Amazon as a software engineer. His friends are surgeons in the NHS, investment bankers, PhD students at UCLA, Cambrige UK, hedge fund analysts.

Most parents think a school is a substitute for parenting. A school is a place to learn manners and take exams. We live in 2023, no smart student uses teachers to learn, whether at Eton or Westminster (the top 2 schools in the UK).

Parents who want teachers to raise their children without doing anything themselves are parents who take out negative energy on reviews.

Very nice place, a good food court and a nice shake shack. The waiters are very accomodating. Theres some good services also such as a nice currency exchange, good shopping areas such as marks and spencer, H&M, forever 21, virgin megastore. However, they should work on a more larger carpark and add a drivethrough for the mcdonalds too.

Well today was the year 13th graduation ceremony of our daughter. She has been in the school from FS1 ,
I have to say that it was the worst graduation that I have attended , in comparison to graduations of relatives and friends from other schools. It is the worst organisation that I have ever seen, there was no planning done and there was no focus on the kids . The kids were rushed on stage and were queuing on stage to get their degrees , because the head of year 13 was absurdly rushing the announcement of their names . So there was a long queue of students waiting in line after the head of year had already read all their names. No photos were taken of the kids receiving their degrees . While the kids were rushed to take there degrees in such a disappointing way , we had to then have the principal give a speech from almost an hour . Other speeches followed that didn’t focus on the graduating students.
No decoration , no key speaker, basically Nothing
!!!!!!!!
Well this graduation reflects the overall deteriorating performance of the school in general on all aspects . No effort is put in extracurricular activities, clubs , or talents of students in relation to music or sports . Teachers are leaving the school mid of the academic year, as we had witnessed all the negative changes in the manger and staff of JC .
We have moved our youngest daughter who is a top student and an elite gymnast to a different school as she was completely demotivated and unhappy with the the school atmosphere even though she has also been going to the same school since FS1.
It’s such a pity that after waiting all these years to see our kids graduate in this way , we had to sit through a disappointing three hour event where only ten minutes of it was given to ours kids .

it's an ok school. The education in most subjects is amazing. The facilities are always clean and I pay mad respect to the cleaners. The teachers in most subjects are pretty good and do their job with passion. Teachers acknowledge student's wellbeing and bullying doesn't happen physically. However there is a very clear sense of favoritism from every teacher and they tend to only help those who they like and the children who are perhaps more shy receive no recognition from their work. Not to mention the fees are abnormally high and "charity" work is a ripoff. Overall I would recommend this school if you have 70-90K dhs to throw off every year. It's a good school with a good education and good initiatives taken to make it a better place but not worth it for the amount you have to pay
