Wonderful experience, We really felt like home. All services were readily available. The hospitality is from another world. All smiles and welcome faces made us feel so grateful to choose this hotel. Club room benefits made us enjoy it more. The front desk are so kind they just support you with everything with a smile. Truly they made the guest come first. Keep it up. Wishing you all the best. I would highly recommend it.

I enjoyed a 2 night stay and really enjoyed it.
The check-in was fairly some but did take a bit longer than I thought was needed.
The staff were professional and efficient at all my interactions.
The hotel and the rooms are quite striking in a good way.
The spa is delightful and truly a must after a long day.
Breakfast is very enjoyable, but I'd recommend getting down early.
Staying here will give you a number of benefits in the surrounding area, which will be explained to you.
I would happily stay here again.

We went to experience their rooftop bar. It has a beauty and design of the hotel lobby left us in awe. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by an exquisite blend of ambience and attention to detail that created an unforgettable first impression. The ambience was simply delightful, offering a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that immediately made us feel at ease. We decided to venture up to the rooftop to experience it firsthand, and we were not disappointed. The panoramic views from the rooftop were breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere was perfect. Despite our high expectations, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the bar was not overcrowded, allowing us to enjoy our time without feeling rushed or cramped. The pool area was equally impressive. The pool itself was clean and inviting, and the surrounding space exuded a sense of tranquillity. Hotel staff for their exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist us. It was evident that their priority was to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Any request or inquiry we had was addressed promptly and with a genuine desire to help. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly made our stay memorable.

I spent ten days at the hotel with an organized group, we celebrated the Seder night (Passover) along with going on trips around the area. It is worth noting the staff of the hotel, courteous, patient with a desire to help. The hotel is very clean, the facilities are maintained to a high standard, the pool and spa area are great. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience! Was greeted by incredibly friendly staff and welcomed with a complimentary room upgrade. The facilities were impeccable and well maintained. Exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. Will definitely go back again.

Garhoud branch is really amazing , you have to see it to judge yourself. It is open on aviation club and Nomad restaurant

Had a night out with hubby and the view was really nice. The place was a bit gloomy as few people were around. Guess we're just early. Food was also tasty or maybe we're just hungry, but honestly food was good portions are also fair for the price. They accept ESAAD if you have the card which give you a 20% less in the total bill. To be fair over all rating was 4 star.

My wife and I had Fantastic experience! From the time we entered the doors of Jumeirah hotel we were greeted by the incredibly friendly staff and welcomed with a smile. From the many fantastic facilities I really enjoyed the gym and pool which were well maintained. To add to this experience we were delighted to meet our room service boy Dushan who welcomed us every day by given us beautiful room and a very valuable verse to read that was left on bed, this kind of warm welcome is more valuable than anything else in the hotel. I would love to thank these special people who make Jumeirah a great place to make it your holiday. You will definitely get value for money and we will be back again. Thank you to all the staff who made our short stay full of good memories, and a special thank you to Dushan our room boy who made our stay complete. Good luck to all of you and God’s blessings
