A wonderful, warm and lively space for our daughter. Walking in the door you feel a buzz of excitement and it is clear how much love and care each member of staff have for the children. Our daughter loves to learn and has made lots of friends in her class. The family/community events are always so fun and well organised. A safe place for our children to grow.

Our son started at JINS this year to socialise with other kids his age and he absolutely loves it! He settled in so quickly and loves his teacher (Ms Regi, and the head teacher Ms Nami who gets a hug every morning!) and has made many friends already.
The branch does look a bit dated compared to other JINS branches (the palm for example but that is brand new)

There isn’t much of an outside play area unlike other nurseries but they take the kids to a public park opposite the building and our son loves running around there. (If only the mozzies would leave him alone!)

There are other nurseries in the area which look amazing, but our son is settled in so well at JINS and loves the routine and the staff there.

The staff are amazing and very friendly! I have no idea how they remember all the kids and parents names but they do!

I also like that they use a parent app so you get updates throughout the day and can message the teachers if you have any questions or concerns. They also send pictures and videos taken throughout the day so you can see how your child is getting on.

Overall, I find the nursery very good for my child. And if he’s happy, so am I!

Our experience in JINS downtown has been exceptional and really pleasant!
The entire team from the receptionist Theolene to the other staff members at the entrance are so so welcoming with beautiful smiles on their faces. I’ll miss there loud Good morning wishes. Miss Namrata’s energy in the early morning is just something else, she’s always there for you with a big pleasant smile and she has been extremely helpful all the time. My daughter was away for one term as she got sick and she kept on missing her class teacher Miss Claudia all the time at home, Miss Namrata facilitated us in getting her back to the same class in next term and we were happy like anything to get adjusted in the same class.
I’m so glad we chose Jins Downtown for our daughter. Highly recommended!
Our 3 years old daughter is literally talking about Miss Claudia all the time at home! Big shout out to Miss Nami for creating such a happy, energetic, kind and beautiful space.

JINS Downtown is the best nursery !
Let me first say thank you to Ms Nayar and Teacher Claudia , from the bottom of my heart , I’ll always remember how amazing you were , how professional you were !
Ms Nayar she is the manager , she is a true leader! Thats how the manager should be ! You trust her blindly!
Ms Claudia , she is the best teacher ever ! My Son Azmi loves her so much , its his first teacher and I’m glad his first teacher was you , Thank you for being a great teacher!
And ofc thank you to the teacher assistants Ms Shaira , Ms Jadel , Ms Asmiah and everyone else ????
And yes it’s worth 20 -30 mints drive !

Im truly sad that we are not gonna be able to continue next year , because we are leaving , the hardest thing for me is that ! Seeing your kid learning, feeling safe and happy in the nursery is the most important thing, I wish I’ll find a nursery just like JINS Downtown dubai .
I don’t usually give any review but I should share my beautiful experience with JINS Downtown ,
Azmi loves you all so much , You truly deserve all the best and thank you for making the hardest journey the best !

My twins have been attending JINS downtown since they were 9 months old. They are now 3.5 years old and they love their nursery, I can hear from their stories how safe and loved they feel there. Olivia loves her teacher Miss Claudia, she keeps mentioning her at home when we do new things, she wants to show her teacher. Sophie also loves her teacher Miss Ceire, she asks to see her even on the weekend! This is a true testimonial of the loving environment the nursery is providing them. Furthermore, the manager Miss Nami was present for our family in the toughest of times. We are thankful for the JINS family.

Our 1 year old son has been attending JINS nursery downtown for a couple of months now and we could not rate or recommend this nursery highly enough. All of the staff are clearly well trained, highly skilled and ,most importantly for us as parents, really care about the children in their care. We have been impressed with the thoughtfulness that has been present at very stage of the process so far. It felt as though they really understood how hard it was to decide which nursery to send your child to a well as trust that they will be ok in someone else’s care. They thought with us about how best to manage the settling in process. I felt confident in their approach but also appreciated that they wanted to know how we approach situations such as how we settle him to sleep, and were open to using the same approach that we do at home. I know some nurseries can be rigid, rule bound and inflexible but our experience with JINS has been the complete opposite of that. They are flexible and adaptable, dedicated to meeting the individuals needs of the child. They are also very warm and caring. We are always impressed with the thought, time and effort that is put into the activities he does at nursery. We also appreciate the individualised input he gets, specific to his developmental stage as well as being inclusive to anything we might be working on at home such as independent walking or changing the number of naps. Our son is so happy there and that is a credit to the staff and the excellent care they provide when he is in their care.

We moved to Dubai from Singapore recently and our son joined JINS Downtown in October 2022. We have been very happy with our choice ever since and can see the positive impact of JINS’ system on our son’s overall development. JINS is a very professionally run organization that has warm and friendly staff and teachers who create a welcoming environment for the kids to thrive in. Through the terms and the summer/winter camps, the team at JINS is able to create different experiences and activities that make learning for the kids so much fun. Mrs. Nami who is synonymous with JINS Downtown is a high energy person with great attention to detail and ensures that the daily operations of the school run very smoothly. Would definitely recommend JINS to any parent as a Go to choice in Downtown Dubai!

The school provides a great learning environment for my daughter. There are many activities that are organized on a daily basis which helps to enhance my daughter's cognitive skills. It's very clean and teaching assistants are extremely professional and attentive. The class teacher Ms. Broackway keeps me updated on a regular basis about my child's development. I'm completely stress free when my daughter is in such good hands.
A big shout out to the Manager of the organization, Ms . Namrata Nayar for making the operations run so smoothly. She is highly qualified and skilled at her job. One of the reasons we chose Jumeirah international is cos of Ms. Nayar .
