Really cute mid sized but fully packed grocery store. Has everything you would need on day to day basis, a very peaceful area in downtown.

Medium-sized grocery store, with a decent selection, relatively high prices, though not exactly focused on healthy foods. For example, there are 3 freezers with ice cream, and only half of one with frozen veggies.

Small deli section with fresh cooked foods: salmon, chicken (roast, grilled, butter, salad), beef skewers; salads, hard boiled eggs. Small fruits and veggies section. Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, apples, kiwis, oranges, grapes, but no kale.

No protein bars in the energy bars section. Small array of canned fish, with only one type of canned sardines.

Prices are 20% - 50% higher than at the Almaya in Sports City. I haven't seen any discounts for items expiring soon.

Many international products, including American. Few local products; on the contrary, international brands like Redbull have full-Arab labels.

Great little market that has all the basics. Great fresh salads and baked chickens. The only thing is the eggs sell out fast so they don't always have stock ☹️

Friendly neighborhood store with daily necessities and exclusive food items. Everything from biltong to gluten free bread is available. It is quiet pricey here, but given the neighborhood and general location it makes sense.

Products and opening times are good. A point of reference for the all compound.
Lately the service has been becoming very poor and lacking of the ability to really make customers feel helped and welcomed.

Spinneys is a really big chain of supermarkets / hypermarkets (depends on different places and locations). Somewhere it is really huge and some places little small outlets. It has really quality products and fresh and great range. Highly recommended and very very much appreciated.
