The egg puff and prawn puffy is a must try along wit their signature tea with ginger and honey. The fine in experience is good because of the outdoor ambience and lighting.

Nice vibe..Good food..Affordable place.Karak tea is superb..We tried their pathiri which was really tasty.Also had shawarma which was not that great

The worst service in Dubai. Rude staff!!
Tables are dirty and even after requesting they didn't clean.
Waited for 15 minutes after placing order only to hear from the waiter that the item i ordered is finished.

Saw a couple walking out after waiting for their tea!!.

Customer service needs to be improved a lot. I think the girl was there too tired and slow. Maybe it's because of her long shift. She was not active and no men support were there. Food is good. It is open until 12am which is so relieved for late eaters. Good option for tea and snacks.

Very bad or worsttt customer service. We reach there for their most advertised item( egg puff) and the item was not there even in the evening time. It’s a tea snack, then what time they can provide it. We are staying nearby the store, we asked for a delivery and they told us that if it’s shawarma we can do the delivery and puff we couldn’t. We asked for 3 puff and it’s the same price of the shawarma itself. I don’t know why they are advertising so much for this. Shame on what happened!!!!!

Beautiful beach. We love coming here in the summer. Few nice shops around but the beach is mainly where we stay. Moon jellyfish are often around too.. kids love watching them. Don't worry they don't sting humans! Very clean and well kept area

Great place for a motorcycle meet every Saturday but mostly busy on a Sunday... The seafront is looking a bit worse for wear now days, but most south coast towns are the same, lack of investment from Kent Council they are only interested in building new homes & out of town shopping centres... Too much money for them to make instead of repairing what is already there... Sad times????

The stonework is certainly showing signs of some required urgent TLC and the beautiful clock doesn't chime any more. But, hey instead, we get the constant noise of revving engines from visiting motorbikes, especially at weekends. And to add insult to injury to the Herne Bay community, bikers are allowed to park all along the piazza which is intended for pedestrians, without even paying a parking fee like all other motorists do in the nearby parking facilities - locals and visitors alike!

A nice clock that displays the time incase your phone has died. Good location and it’s very tall so can see it from far away. Thank you Herne Bay for adding this to the town!

Lovely monument right in the centre of the promenade, very impressive and it looks beautiful at night when it's all lit up.
