Mr. Rajith K working at karama center Kalyan jewellers lied to us about the transaction we did at Kalyan jewellers. They cheated us saying we can not purchase gold coins if we are making purchase through credit card for making instalment payments. He also told us if we purchase gold they will return cash in 24 hrs if we return in the same shop. Now if we call Mr Ranjith and ask he is saying it will take 5 days for return. We stay in Al ain we went all the way to Dubai karama to purchase because my Credit card offers Kalyan jewellers gold purchase in instalment. Why they do fraud like this and sell gold. They have to tell the truth before selling.
Very poor service and return policy only benefits them not the customer..

Kalyan Jewellers is a reputed jewellery shop if you are looking to purchase genuine gold in Dubai.

Although they have a lot of gold and diamond collection here. u
Unfortunately, I couldn't find what I was looking to purchase here.

This place could be a bit difficult to find as it's inside another business.

Had a bad experience yesterday (08-04-2022) in this branch as the staff (Mr.Adarsh) was very rude with us because we came during their closing timing so he didn't treat us well and used unprofessional words , even though we came to buy small 2-3 grams rings but still it's his duty to treat all customer in same way all time. I would not like to recommend about this store to my friends and family because staff behavior is not good with customers
The management should take note of this and improve their staff and their service

Worst customer service……..they are so rude and they act like you don’t have money to buy (Sharjah)……if you are black the will look down on you

Staff i arrogant, ruthless, Don’t have manners …..I will not recommend this place again in my life ….this is my first worst experience…where staff is not bothered when customers are going back after waiting for 20-25 mins.customer is requesting them for assistance…still not bothered….never expected with Kalyan Jewellery

My van didn't get robbed or broken into.
Always a bonus. And I didn't get mugged getting cash out....... best bonus of all
