I visited this place after doing a little shopping here in Ibn-Batuta Mall. This restaurant is located inside the same mall on the ground floor. Although there are other restaurants as well but I needed to visit a veg restaurant. Hence, I came here. I ordered a plate of Curd- Vada and Paneer Bhurji dosa over here. The taste was basic, and the quantity seemed okay to me. But, I was a little disappointed with the taste. Because I have visited their India locations restaurant and I felt they were better in taste than this place. Overall, it was an okay place for me.

Pure vegetarian restaurant very neat and clean environment. Staffs are attentive and approachable. Order some food it was nice. Dal makhni was amazing biryani is bit dry ordered Panner tikka biryani pieces of capsicum is not cooked and Panner tikka is also not well grilled.

Good Indian vegetarian restaurant (near max).

Amazing variety of foods and chaats.

Value for money dinning experience. Variety of the menu covers both north & South Indian vegetarian dishes. Prompt and swift service. Food presentation is good. Because its located in the mall, covered parking space is sorted.

the food and service were good, and it was very economical too. A good place to have some South Indian Food in Ibn Battuta Mall

Kamat provides decent vegetarian food for a low and reasonable price. The food has immense potential in taste.

The paneer dishes had exceptional flavour in terms of the marinade or gravy, however the paneer cubes themselves are a bit chewy or bland.

The vegetable biryani was very good.

Carrot halwa was okay, but could have been better.

There seems to be absolutely no attempt being made to make the dishes presentable, food is just put on a plate and brought to the table. Atleast a little garnish would be appealing to the eye, taste is important when it comes to food, however the presentation also makes a difference on perception of a dish before eating.

Overall the restaurant is great but small things sometimes make the difference to be rated 5 stars.

After hearing that Kamat opened in IBN Battuta mall , we went for dinner but utterly disappointed with the food. We took Soup and Roti and Palak paneer but palak paneer was not good. Even we took broccoli starter that was not cooked properly.

For vegetarians this is a good place. Really liked stuffed mushroom and mushroom noodles. Kids liked idle and vada. But the thing is service is pretty slow over here, this should be improved. Staff are friendly and prices are reasonable. Hand wash facility should be proved inside restaurant
