I recently bought watches in this shop for gifts. I am actually a fan of Swatch due to the quality of the watches and value for money. Rose Mariano and Ethylene Santos were superb when dealing with me. Never get tired of showing me with the latest models and number of questions asked. The service they provided exceeded my expectations. The smile of Rose before you enter the shop gives vibrant atmosphere while Ethylene's assistance will make you feel welcome. I will definitely be back in this branch and look forward to see them around.

Swatch watches has a good quality. I wore my watches during 8 years! Recently I ve got a good offer from the Swatch. I ve got two new watches and returned the old ones (paid for 1 watches). Staff of Swatch in any branch is always very helpful. Yesterday I was assisted by Ethylene Santos and she s really amazing. Very helpful, polite and nice. Highly recommend the Swatch to my friends. Thanks, Ethylene!

Super .. i got a gift watch from them i was assisted by Cashier/Sales named Ruby . She is so pleasent abd welcoming . She suggests you and show you and helps you in picking and doing gift wrapping . Highly recommended .

Rude unprofessional staff, left my watch for a fix and when o called for follow up after 15 days as nobody called to advise on the coast as promised , Leo had no clue on anything and talked to me in a rude way and when I asked to talk to his manager he refused stating he was the manager .. avoid dealing with this store at any cost
