Its suppose to be a "fast" food chain but i ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes to get my takeaway. A lot of people were waiting too. I totally understand because I saw how the staffs tried their best to prepare everyone's orders. But what I did not like was the fact that I witnessed how the manager was just standing and doing nothing. The guy was just standing with his arms crossed. Considering the number of orders, shouldnt he be helping his team? Dude is too bossy and definitely not a team player.

First they got our order wrong. Then they gave us cold chicken and made no effort to rectify the situation. The professionalism of lady serving the food was shocking (I won't name drop). We asked why the chicken is cold and not crispy and her reply was "The crispy is only for the spicy" ????

We like kfc but the food quality and customer service in this branch was very poor.

Fantastic environment, it was Very busy. The food was delicious. The stuff is always working hard. When you go inside, you need to stay in line for 15 to 20 minutes.

I clearly said that the sauce is garlic mayo because i do not eat spicy even some of the fries are spicy and also i asked for additional fries. I put comment as well that please add thigh part or leg but none of it we received! Very bad experience!!! ????????????????

Hi i go in this branch 3:00 a clock night only 1 girl in the cash counter she’s poor girl trying to operate cash teller i don’t know y teller is working very slow whatever i m waiting my turn finally my turn is come after a very long time girl take my order & the last she asked me sir cash or card i said card she said sorry sir card machine is not working ???????????????? i said this is DUBAI i m not caring cash i used
E card even that time i don’t have wallet whatever i go back to my home take my wallet then i go to ATM withdraw cash again i go KFC same procedure finally i placed my order then i m waiting for the recipe hilarious part they didn’t give me recipe they just mention a number on blank paper just because printer have no ink ???????????????? means i m totally blank i don’t know how much tha actual bill how much VAT ???????????????? it’s called blind trust on my words ????????????????yeah tha best part A.C also not working ???????????????? i mean that kind of service provide KFC seriously very very very very BAD experience with me not recommended to any one my Suggestion is improve your services

Since joining the surgery, I cant praise Dr Flowers and the amazing reception staff enough! Their compassion and humility is heart-warming. Wonderful community surgery.

The most obtuse reception staff and pharmacy team, the most unreliable prescription service. It doesn’t matter how easy you try to make it for them with the NHS app and client self service; when the staff fundamentally don’t give a flying hoot about service and client healthcare. They issue prescriptions, then cancel them without any phone calls or voicemails as too why, they are unable to use the messaging facility in the my GP app it seems too; this results in getting to your nominated pharmacy for your much needed apparently issued prescriptions with no clue as to why they have been cancelled in the tracking system. The standard of care, lack of service ability, digitally unable to adapt is outrageous in 2023.

I think all of the above must be skills they recruit for when hiring staff because it’s just difficult to get people who want too make the right changes.

Our health care is becoming more and more like that of a third world country compared to our once upon a time European counterparts - seriously embarrassing how we can’t even do the basics right in the UK.

I am 32 years old struggling with health issues for the first time in my life; I can’t even get Ashfields to do a basic prescription properly - is it any wonder that I am having to go privately for my more serious issues currently happening.

Do they care ?! Do they hell!! The less they listen … the less they have to do. You are 32 years old … otherwise fit and healthy, they have no idea. Reactive life threatening care only, not proactive.

Truly don’t know what’s gone on here recently with change of directors but it just keeps getting considerably more appalling.

I am aware that there are many other bigger factors affecting the healthcare system but it’s got to the point where the basics cannot be achieved and this is seriously worrying.

Got a same day appointment with a doctor who has been based there for many years, follow up blood test following day and a scan booked in within a few weeks. Fantastic service, thank you.

Very rude reception staff with poor communication skills and emotional Intelligence which should be a required skill set when working in this environment. Was rudely shouted at for not wearing a mask without any explanation of the rules or without asking if I was exempt. Was also told by the receptionist that not wearing a mask is a criminal offense which is just not true. Huge wait both in person and on the telephone to book an appointment, sometimes it's that busy on the phone you can't even join the hour queue just to speak to a receptionist and the phone just cuts off. When you do get through its a challenge speaking to a non medically trained person to actually get an appointment booked. Drs and nursers generally really good though and some very qualified medical professionals working here.

Excellent doctors & nurses ruined by the most hideous receptionist. My 80+ year old mother has been trying to get an appointment as her leg is going green after a fall. Several attempts have been made but she still refuses to book her an appointment, the last comment was "what do you expect the doctor to do, go to Boots". My mum then went to Boots and the lovely lady there told my mum to see a doctor immediately. Why a woman like that is working in health care is beyond me, utterly disgusting and I will make every attempt to get her out of that job. Only giving it a 2 star as the TRAINED medical staff have been excellent with my mum for years.

Fantastic surgery and staff. The receptionists and admin staff do such a great job considering the constant pressure that they are under. They are always only too willing to help. Thank you to such a great team, and also for being there throughout the pandemic ????

As a Sandbach patient from long before the Primary Care centre opened I have nothing but praise for everyone at Ashfields. From Receptionists and ancillary staff (not forgetting the cleaners), Nursing staff and GPs. I have always been treated with respect and kindness and a cheery greeting. During lockdown the phone based consults were truly excellent.

I have never, in the many years I've been there, had a clear diagnosis and as soon as I moved area, they couldn't wait to get rid of me like I am just a number, even when the doctor asked me to book an appointment. I was made feel like a criminal for trying to book it , as requested by the doctor! Also, you are lucky to speak to a receptionist who doesn't sound like they hate their job and speaks over you with no empathy.
