Even they are not rights get a star l. Evening 10 o clock pm we ask then who 2 ladies work on Sunday April 23, they show some old chicken and say only its avilble no any other chicken. I don't know no. Manger nobody is care about customers, no one is control staffs they are doing something.

Somone should take response for this. This world number one chicken service should be good.

i just want to ask this kfc dragon mart how expensive your ketchup? because this counter girl named muskan is even telling me that she can give me only 2additional ketchup and even very unpolite way of telling me... this is the worst kfc i ever went specially this girl named muskan very arrogant... and this is the only fastfood that the are giving only few ketchup and dont want to add... poor customer service KFC DRAGONMART..

Worse service provided by the delivery staff named Mohammed, who literary behaved very negatively with us at the time of delivery. He has got a very negative attitude towards us. Instead of getting another card machine from the store, he was asking to return the food. Card machine is not working is not an our issue. That is your problem. I had even complained to the call center 600522252 but nobody yet took an initiative to return a call.

Don't know y the chicken is totaly different from other kfc stores...chicken is not tender and crispy. It was more like an a piece of chicken simply dipped in oil...staffs are good..don't thnk the maintain nay quality like other kfc stores...better avoid

As a food service professional, ex-store manager at KFC .. this visit was disappointing and showed me what this company went through the last couple of years, not the first time i order a dine. In from KFC in different locations and it went with sort of disappointment, but this one was to horrible to ignore..
Missing and switched order, the staff don't even bother to inform ..
I had 3 of my friends, 1 bucket and two individual meals .. the bucket of course was all spicy as the original batch all gone, no communication, soft drink was wrong prepared.
The individual meals, missing dessert, salad, soft drink .. and everything was clearly mentioned on the bill as i ordered from the "skip the queue portal" .. i felt like this is not the company I used to work for, it's going down, and it's happening so fast and so bad ..
All the manager has to say "sorry, it's my mistake and fave some more free soft drinks" .. sorry buddy, this isn't how it works ..
Hope after all those bad reviews, an area coach or someone wakes up to this store ..
