The best outdoor furniture in Dragon Mart! Mr. Naim gave us great advice and did not give up until we found the perfect set for our balcony. Best quality at a good price - We are very happy with it and want to thank Mr. Naim very much for his tireless efforts, persistence and excellent service. The delivery was incredibly fast. After we had made our decision, we had the lounge group at our home within a few hours and it was assembled quickly and professionally by competent fitters. Highly recommended all round!

Even one start is more for this company. The rattan chairs we bought are broken in less 10 months only even under the cover - looks like what they sell is not durable for Dubai summers. See photo. Moreover, the company does not help for the fix or replacement. I will look for my rights with Consumer Rights.

Dining table legs cracked after less than a year and hardly any use. So far they haven't bothered doing anything except for telling me to find a welder to fix it. Also told me there is no warranty. Doesn't say much about a firm that doesn't offer a warranty..so basically anyone buying from this firm - don't expect it to last more than year

Horrible experience and nightmare on day of installation and delivery it took them 5hrs which supposed to take 2 hrs. my requirement was clearly mentioned in bill white wires but brought black so I had to go and purchase it .After that, 4.5 hr a guy bring the wires which I returned bcoz not use.

Customer service is very disappointing and site staff not professional, while Mr Abbas at showroom tried his best to help but no proper coordination n support from the site team.

Finally, figured out that some
Cushions were dirty.

Really disappointed. The poly rattan outdoor set i bought has been broken and not useable in less than 8 months, even under cover and additional shade - looks like what they do sell is not durable for Dubai or outdoor ????. Not even survived one session. The company does not really help for the fix or replacement. No warranty , so consider to buy from a serious shop and get something with a better quality .. lost money, lesson learned
