Food is ok. Sharon served me at counter. I asked for lunch meal, she said no. I asked why, she said there is no lunch meal on weekends, it is not allowed. So I asked if i can have a meal with four pieces of chicken. She said thats a dining meal, its the same. So i asked her to give to me. I asked if I can claim points through the app, she said no. I said "nothing you can do here". She laughed at me while covering her breath and mumbling something to her colleague. Not a nice attitude and could improve the way she communicates.

Best KFC food court in Dubai, less crowd, huge sitting area. What a lovely atmosphere. Totally loved it.

If you are in Palm, you should visit this mall. Parking very easy to get.

When ever i go to eat KFC anywhere i got disappointed.

Eating kfc is waste of money.

I feel vomiting after eating, the smell was bad and it look like food not fit for eating.

Just have look to the pictures

I don't know whether kfc staff reading my comments or not always serves the food with bad smell.

I advice dont eat kfc no where.

This KFC is none like the KFC I personally know.
The most disgusting, fat and oily chicken I've ever tried.
Expectations Vs reality in the pictures - Totally disapointed, I could barely eat the fries

The people who work there obviously have no desire for their job. Poorly trained and miserably managed staff. I have been there very often to be able to say that. This branch is not close to the customer. Very very bad food compare to other good KFC Branches, for example Four Pointes and Dubai Hills Mall.

Poor customer service.
Serving of food is very poor..

Hope they changed they quality of customer service and food serving..

We buy (with my colleagues) 12 pcs. Chicken in 1 bucket and they give all portion of wings and legs. Which is too small.

Were buying bucket for 115, but it's like we're buying staff meal in a bucket????????????..

I've seen bossy boss yelling at the staff and treating them with no respect few days ago. Service and food was very good, but nobody want to put money in a pocket of "bosses" like him, it's my last time here. He was yelling at someone for "non professionalism" but is it professional to yell at the staff behind the wall so everyone can hear that? I think it's a time to change the boss...

A really good mall, found a few items we hadnt packed here. It has a station above it which is a good way to get around the palm. We took it to Atlantis and back again.

I have enjoyed looking to see the East London Cemetery and the lovely Manor House which sadly this house is going to be demolished for greed and more horrible flats will be built. What kind of society we have to get rid of old homes. This house could be converted into 4 flats. A vicar used to live there. There is a lot of history within an old property. I really and sincerely would have bought this beautiful house. I cannot stop it. I do not have millions of pounds. Please please can someone save this house? I would happily live in it. I am extremely upset about the house. Look on the other side. Flats which do not take any pride. Every house will be destroyed given the chance for developers to grab this old history.
