(1)my child’s food (popcorn chicken)was missing and when I called they only said sorry ,they didn’t want to deliver the food worst customer service I have ever seen
(2)do not feed your kids from this location you will end up in hospital my Chicken was brown inside and smelled like tuna so gross and again I got only a sorry from them THATS ALL THEY COULD DO

Very bad services . I don't like the staff fehavior . There is chief he is great man. When we will ask the bill They are not giving bill.i will requested to the chief and he provided the bill. Then we have one pices extra chicken before one bill.i show then the code but they don't give me. Never ever I will not comeback to this arabian center shope kfc.

AVOID PLEASE! staff terrible slow. my chicken was cold and undercooked my spicy fries was under-seasoned go to the branch opposite of the mall in the gas station 100% much better.

The staff is well trained to serve customers and provide good portions for take aways. The other branch in Rashidiya near the metro station needs training from this branch and manage to serve customers like this being the bigger outlet.

Slowest service by far and 6 people behind the counter. 1 person average ordering time 10min plus. No sense of urgency, care factor is zero and just no energy in the whole place!!
