Very bad experience with an online order, they delivered the order, one product was spilled in the package. everything was dirty and the product completely empty. after 21 exchanges of emails over 15 days... they asked me to send them back the empty bottle... Of course I sent them pictures but I felt they didn't trust me. Very bad assistance.

I had very bad experience with ordering online from kiehl's
I have ordered more than one week and still didn't receive my order
I have spoke to 3 customer service agents to check what is going on and they said that there is a technical issue with the website and they will get back to me with the update and till now I didn't even receive an email from them.

I am giving 5 stars rating because of one staff member in particular who assisted me it's Ms.Fatiha. And I'm really impressed on her professional way of dealing with me I had come just to get an idea about your products as i never tried it before. I found her very knowledgeable about the products, skin types, and needed of each skin…,and one more thing is that she was able to share her own personal experience as she uses them herself as well. She also made some excellent skin test, recommendation,& orientations…. After one day of using the products I am so happy To use it!! I felt that we’ll gave my skincare routine a significant boost and am loving the way my skin feels.
With her warm personality Ms.Fatiha was such a delight to talk to and I really felt like she had many helpful insights into skincare.
Thank you To Kiehl’s and to Ms.Fatiha I'm a very satisfied customer excellent job ????

Normally kiehls customer service are good but today 11.09.22 around 2pm at the mall of the emirate in opposite of nike shop Kiehls 2 KCR are not approaching to customer and talking each other ???? ignoring the customer then i dont have mood to buy anything

I bought a sunscreen online through their website,,they delivered to me a boiling product,,probably how many days in a hot conditions exposed to sun for delivery,,,when I asked them to replace it,,they said OK,, but in reality they didn't change,,i called them back to back,no customer service,every day new stuff answered the phone and they deceived me,they don't care after sale,,,I m so regret to order online,,same I thrown my money to the trash????at the end that product not qualified to use

The women inside the shop at mall of the emirates , she was super rude and so busy with her friend chatting and laughing when I went in she gave that grumpy face and said sorry I’m busy in very rude way , , ????

Crazy stylistic undercover shops, words can't describe, quaint qwerky. Lots of these malls in Cardiff, criss crossing the major shopping streets. Some shops empty but still worth a look

I am a such a big fan of independent quirky and fun smaller stores. The high street and its chains are so boring but it’s aesthetic places like these that make in person shopping a fun experience. Well worth a visit and explore. Good location too.

Went to Rum and Fizz and what a delight. We had 2 cocktails on Sunday morning away from the disturbing hens, stags, birthday party crowds so nice to chill and enjoy a quiet drink. Loved the wine bar also just at the entrance nighthawks I think lovely Wee place

Cardiff promoted as the city of Arcades. Wally's and Maison de Boeuf worth a visit.

Beautiful architecture, great range of independent shops, cafes, eateries and bars. Make sure you visit the other arcades in the city centre, they are all equally stunning.

Cluttered up with tables and chairs from the Barker group. Apart from Wallys wine spirit and beer shop there is slso a plant shop worth a visit .Nothing very exciting to me otherwise
Don't go there often because of the clutter

This is actually a quaint little area with some great shops, cool old skool computer game place, barbers, Peiercing and tattoo place on one and the tiniest version of plantasia ever
