I recently visited Rivoli EyeZone and was beyond impressed by the quality of their service. Not only did they offer a wide variety of products, but the customer service was top-notch as well.

A special shoutout goes to Myca, who made my shopping experience memorable. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and valued. She showed genuine interest in helping me find the perfect eyewear, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism.

I appreciate her dedication and attention to detail, which were reflected in her excellent recommendations. Because of her, I felt confident in my choice and left the shop satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased ray ban sun glasses from here and it was tight so i though it tight because it's brand new but later i observed that temple has something which is not printed accurately which i later realized is something scratched than i went to store and told tham that you have given me something used and they said it's been 3 weeks now since u have purchased and u must have done something and it's not our fault.
I have never experienced something like this from other stores like sunglass hut.

Ophthalmologist Sanket was service oriented, knowledgeable and understanding of my needs - he really went to great lengths to ensure I got the proper glasses and the best service. I wish to thank him and the qualified team they have in store.

Ophthalmologist Sanket is an amazingly good and highly knowledgeable professional. Made the process of renewing my drivers licence inclusive of an eye test stress free and a pleasant one. He did not rush me and was happy to answer all my queries with patience. I would highly recommend him.

Had a very pleasant experience with getting my eye check and getting my new specs. Had tested my vision at many places and I was told I had no problem. Optometrist Dawa Sherpa did a very comprehensive check up of my vision and I never realised that I was so blind until I got my glasses. Thank you so much!
