Tasty donuts in hazelnut cream lotus biscof and new York cheese are my favourite and chocolate sprinkles are my son's favourite. Very tempting presentation and patient staff.

i visit here in krispy kreme al ghurair to buy frappe ,at first visit no barista is there so i came back for 10mins ,so i buy caramel frappe but sad to say no whipped cream on the top the barista said she can't open the whipped cream bottle so i left with sad face ????

What a Pathetic, pitiful and depressing experience with the Staff and Management of Krispy Kreme. Let me explain Mashreq Neo launched the 1 AED offer and it implied implicitly that there will be crowd, that there will be stock keeping that these guys would need to anticipate. Absolutely Zero management of the crowd, people’s time, money and efforts. Now I’m not a Krispy Kreme Fan, I’m just a commoner that wants to be at the receiving end of such campaigns, the execution of the process and the price as I pay as a customer. NOT WORTH IT!! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, TIME, PATIENCE. What could have been managed and budgeted for a smooth experience resulted in poor crowd management that caused no donuts, no variety, and zero return. There were atleast 100 people who wouldn’t be getting donuts after waiting for more than 3 hours. I waited for 4 hours and made my cut by receiving the donuts at 9:45pm. The store closes at 10:00pm the staff said. After I said people need to know this - he went on to say that okay let’s serve people as long as the stock lasts even though we close at 10:00pm
Brother, you owe people for the experience not for your sympathy.
Papa Jones and Baskin Robins were a part of the same 1 AED campaign. Their execution was barely heart breaking, Good crowd Management, Quick Staff, there were able to accommodate almost all the people within TAT 15/20 min.
Talk about Proactive Management and Preparation. Krispy Kreme you were poor and this experience will turn into bitter memories to all the people you’ve disappointed on 15th March, 2023.

FYI : If you don’t have internet, then you’re screwed, cause they had this QR code that you would need to scan, put in your email Id and number! Hahaha what a Joke.

Im very disappointed today i visited 3/15/2023 to krispy kreme al ghurair branch site 21746 for the promotion of 1 dh for 3 pcs by masreq but the code was expired when tried. The mechanics of the promotion is not clear and staff did not guide the customers and inform that there is validity for code, very poor customer service hope the management will take action againts this….im waiting for the response and action.

Good morning….we went their last whenesday, Around 2pm. One African lady was their . She is attending and serving my items very nicely..I really appreciate her…. But while she making our coffee their is one other staff also came with electric bicycle . He is hurry to keep he’s bicycle inside and disturbing that other lady African staff …even he is not saying to us and to other staff good afternoon or hai also . Coffe is about to go down …this kind of staff manager should remove from your company…..

I reached here at 1145am dated 09.09.2022. They were closing, I came because I checked time and drove 25km to take donuts. Please amend your timings from 12am to 1145pm so we will not waste our time and expect to buy. Very disappointing

Very disappointing behaviour in the Al Ghurair branch old wing. We stood waiting for the any one of the two staff members to take our order but both of them were busy stock checking. Upon asking if they’re closed one answered not yet and continued with their work. We went there for my daughter who wanted to eat donut and she felt sad that we left eventually coz we couldn’t wait and be ignored. Very humiliating!! Highly unhappy. 12th June 2022 ( time between 10:18pm approx)

Entrance tight, and the road dips so it’s easy to ground the car. Sloping ground in many places. Tight roadways between vehicles. Pay machine awkward and fiddly to use, you need to enter your registration number so allow plenty of time. Read the notices in particular the one that says if the machine is not working and you park then you WILL get a penalty notification.

DO NOT USE
Paid and displayed ticket. They claim I didn’t pay as no evidence on machine. Paid contactless and have bank evidence of time and transaction. Don’t listen to appeals just send threatening emails and letters.

Entered this car park with my wife & mother thinking it was the nearest car park to our hotel,we packed a few things in our bag as we parked up"5mins max", then i went over to pay at the machine for 24hrs stay only for my wife to receive a call saying we was on the wrong car park nearest to our hotel with my mother having walking problems..iI walked back to the car + left only to then receive a bill of £100 ... £60 if we pay within 2wks...appealing against it.... Please be aware of using this car park..

Decent enough car park. Same price as others around town (this is one of the cheaper ones).
Sadly only takes coins, which makes it rather useless in times where we finally got rid of most cash.

Inexpensive. Coins only. Empty the night I stayed. Dark though. On street parking right by it is free overnight to 8am. Then moved to this car park for the day.
