Nice building, nice location, easy exit and entry of JVC, nice pool with bbq area. Steam room and lounge room available. Three quite fast lifts. Good view with no buildings to block. Spacious one bedroom with laundry room

Very nice building! Well maintained, everything works and the fitouts were done very well. 2.5 years in and no issues so far ????

La Rivière Apartments is one of the best if not the best in JVC. Management has control and very organised + friendly and understanding. Mr Samed is always supportive. Maintenance team is amazing by bilal. The building is always under maintenance with no troubles. I will miss this tower and good community there.

Horrible building , management service poor
2 months complaining for ants problem and still not solved , which is a problem not only for us but for other apartments as well.
Just bad!!

T'was a nice experience. The villa was very quiet and has gym and pool too!
