Living here is great. Things have improved over time. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive, neighbours are quiet. Yes there were a couple snags in the beginning, but staff took care of them (and try finding an apt in Dubai that doesn’t have snags or doesn’t need maintenance). Great place and experience overall.

I currently live in a 1 bedroom apartment at La Riviera Azure, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. While the building itself may appear attractive at first glance, there are a few significant drawbacks that need to be addressed.

First and foremost, the rent price does not align with the quality of the finishes in the apartment. I expected a certain level of elegance and attention to detail considering the cost (75k anually), but unfortunately, I found the overall quality to be subpar. From the kitchen finishes (“marble” keep breaking) to the thin walls (you can hear your neighbors), it felt underwhelming and not worth the premium price.

Furthermore, the presence of ongoing construction behind the building was a significant nuisance. The noise generated from the construction site was absolutely unbearable, persisting throughout most of the day. The construction workers would commence their activities very early in the morning and continue until late at night, disrupting any chance of peace and tranquility. It was highly inconvenient and made it challenging to focus or relax within the apartment.

I believe it is crucial for potential tenants to be aware of these issues before making a decision to rent at La Riviera Azure. While the building may have its merits, the mismatch between the rent price and the quality of the finishes, coupled with the incessant construction noise, negatively impacted my overall experience.

I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them promptly. It would greatly improve the living conditions for current and future residents. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend La Riviera Azure as a desirable place to call home.

Ac maintenance so bad . It was with awful sound all night long . I sent video to watch man and no reaction. It was not working all night long. It’s not possible to sleep . It’s always giving sound and I have video to prove .

Smell from toilet is so bad . It is not done properly. They can’t fix it even with plumber .

They damage my balcony making maintenance .

No sound isolation inside ! I can here everything

Owner not responding . How I can complain for this issues . I’m paying 52 k yearly for studio !

La riveira Azure, apart from the nice, modern look and the security staff and some members of service / mgmt team, nothing works or is managed properly.
1. From end of August till Nov, leakage + heater + exhaust + drainage issues occur and reoccur even after being fixed.
2. The apartment came with d bedroom door having a massive scratch. Quality of material used is substandard - grills, taps.
3. Kitchen granite already started getting holes as though some had a vessel fight in our place, but reality is we don't even do.large scale cooking.
4. Need good driving skills to park or exit basement parking, and if you are in a hurry, God bless you and your car from scratches.
The 2 starts is only for the people and the good looks of the apartment.

Moved in here in October, since day one the water in the shower was cold, I called the maintenance team to fix it…. It took them 5 visits to finally get the water hot, however it only lasts for 10 minutes. I called them out again to tell them 10 minutes of hot water is not sufficient atall! I need Atleast 20 minutes as a bare minimum of hot water. After a lot of arguing back and forth with them they ‘ageeed’ to change the water heater from 50ltrs to 80ltrs they claimed they did so however same issue was happening. Mansour and Tousif just ignore me and do not care after I am still having same issue I also called the mobile number that is advertised on the website and a very rude man told me that 5-10 a minutes of hot water is fine apparently. I pay a lot of money to live here and I expect to be able to have hot water for more than 10 minutes! I have now paid for an outside plumber to come and check and he confirmed that I still only have 50 ltr so they blatantly lied to my face! My landlord also asked Tousif if a bigger water heater could be fitted however he claimed that it could not but the plumber who I brought from outside confirmed I could fit a bigger water heater and once again lies have been told. I am disgusted in the treatment I have received and I regret ever moving here because I have also had other issues like leaks in the apartment that mansour was meant to come and rectify but didn’t bother to turn up after he books appointments. Highly unprofessional and incompetent building maintenance staff I do NOT recommend.

Iam owner of a property in this project. In the first time we had little problems with warm water and oder little issues. But all the issues was solved Very fast and professional. Very good quality and cooperative developers
