The service provided is more than perfect. My grill had an issue with the knob where I reached them through whatsapp. They told me to come to their showroom to fix it and they were able to change knob immediately.
It’s really a relief to know that you bought your product from the right place and that you have the needed support for any issues.

The customer service of the dealer left room for improvement, we were expected to pay cash for the grill which is a large amount as they don’t have a credit card machine, secondly the wrong power supply and rotisserie were delivered with the grill which was fixed eventually but it took a few day’s. Lastly for what I believe is an expensive grill the dealer shouldn’t be charging delivery charges and they should send trained people on the product who can provide a training to the customer, I did a lot of research on YouTube prior to purchase but everyone doesn’t do that sort of research or has the time hence a trained professional on the product is important.
Overall Fhey did her best to fix the problem and she did, however the management needs to pay closer attention to small matters when it comes to customer service.

Well seems customer service ends once you get the bbq delivered . After many attempts and visits to fix few issues on the bbq with many promises to contact the manufacturer Napoleon nothing happened and I am forced to fix/source the parts my self
