I had pay more than what was in the original receipt.
I even had to check double check to make sure I made no mistake and not accuse them wrongly
I'm never ordering from this people again

1. The items delivered were hot so exposed to outside temperature, which might spoil the item; it happen to the Balm which due to heat was smelling all over. The complimentary bread offered was hot as they f it’s brought from bakery

Cons - I would give it 5 stars but the website could use an upgrade. It was not the easiest to navigate and it's kind of slow.

Staff are a bit pushed but friendly.
They ran out of signature rotisserie chicken on my visit(!) but quickly replaced with another chicken breast dish.

The vibes are nice
The staff smiling and very friendly
Food was good , limited vegetarian options though
Kids meal is nice and good for price
The free salad is so lovely however needs to be refilled as some options ran out and were not refilled may be arrive early for dinner .

It's delightful to return to friendly service staff, good food and a congenial environment. This particular Harvester offers the added enjoyment of al fresco dining among the Sovereign harbour and yachts. Always an excellent choice and good value for money!

We booked a table for 7pm and admittedly arrived early. When we were waiting in the queue to enter no one was around for at least 5 minutes. Then someone appeared and had to disappear as a customer fell over on a wet floor.
We were happy had a drink at the bar and they said they would let us know when a table for 5 came available. 20 minutes later I sent my daughter to ask if our table was available as I had seen them already seat a 5 and a 2. The place was massively understaffed and an utter shambles.
When we were seated (well shown a table and menus placed in a pile) we decided what we wanted. 20 minutes later we had to ask to place our order and were told that the food would be at least 40 minutes. No worries, we have drinks and a pack of cards and there's always the salad cart.
We managed to order the kids steaks without too much trouble but were disappointed to be told that they couldn't do the ultimate combos, which both of us had chosen. We then asked if we could have them without the belly pork (the item that was apparently the reason why they couldn't supply them) to be told by the waiter that the chef had basically said that the reason why we couldn't have the meal was because he couldn't be arsed to cook it for (I'm paraphrasing a little here).
So over an hour after our sitting time the food arrived. One rump and one ribeye were cooked as ordered (medium rare and medium) but the medium/well was absolutely cremated and disgusting. They also charged £3.99 for a spoonful of Macaroni Cheese (see pic).
Instead of the ultimate combos my fiancee and I chose the combo with Ribs and Chicken. My fiancée's ribs were cremated (see pic), the chicken was blackened (not just cooked, ash) and the gravy looked like dishwater, was completely flavourless and had a baked bean in it. They did swap this out for us.
We did complain and our server did offer us a discount. The server couldn't identify that it was a rib that was cremated. It wasn't his fault that they were massively understaffed and the chef was an almighty bellend.
Puddings went off without a hitch (except for the server spilling my daughter's drink everywhere). Well it is pretty difficult to mess up spooning an ice cream into a glass.
This wasn't the first time we have eaten here but it was the last. Next time we will go to Wagamamas instead.
