It is true that the chocolate is one of the best, however, the staff is very rude! while I was looking at the chocolates, my teenage son who is autistic was leaning on a glass bench and all of a sudden I heard a loud "excuse me" from one of the staff and he was talking rudely to my son! staff at any other store we went to were really nice to my son, so I never expected such behavior at this store.

The chocolate is one of the best and most expensive chocolate here. however they increase it more the she said we will charge u 100 dirhams for arranging the chocolate in your tray!!
You are selling either in boxes or trays why should you charge for this service!? Patchi , neuhaus they never did that

My 14 year old brother yesterday went in to buy a gift from his pocket money. He didnt know the chocolate was per weight and decided to change it. The lady at the cashier got upset and she told him not to come back again and if he does she qont sell him! Unfortunately, he informed me only after we got back home. Very disappointing of such behavior from an expensive and well known shop!

I am a regular customer for Laderach, I love the their chocolate and I like to gift it to the one I love, but I didn’t like the service since I asked the salesman if someone can help me to take it to the car since it was very heavy to carry, but he said that their is no one can help us!

We visited the Store and Brand for the first time and it was fabulously Tasty and better than other existed Brands, Customer Service was Awwesome and Ms Rano the Supervisor really helped us a lot in choosing the right package for our client.
100% Recommended to give it a try
