Huge variety of kitchen supplies
The store is amazing, neat and staff were helpful and have knowledge about their products I like to ask a lot of questions and see everything ????
I want to thank the staff for their smile and being patient with me until I chose my coffee machine. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim for helping me choosing the machine and smart to offer extra products ???? ???? thank you for being friendly and carrying to the car.

Great range of kitchen supplies and creative design. The staff are superb thank you for Mr Ibrahim and his team very polite and attentive. This is my third time and received the same service as the first time they support us in carrying the purchased to the car. Thanks a lot

It was a nice experience when I visited the Dubai Mall branch, and I would like to thank the employees there, especially Mr. Ibrahim. He was a very friendly and helpful person. Everything I need for my kitchen I buy from there. Clean branch, elegant and respectful way of dealing .

I bought food processor last year from there and It has 5 years warranty but when put anything its not cut even tomatoes!!! I came LakeLand Dubai mall two times first time they said we call you back after discuss manager and no body call me for days but I came again there and made statement this situation but especially HASSAN behavior too rude towards me and other person Idk She is name behavior too rude and he said me that why you didn’t bring onion with you !!! Its has still 4 years warranty but he finally yelled!! This not acceptable situation I hope you will close soon because you are worst customer service I saw in my life. Finally I throw it in garbage next to unrespect its worker and had to buy new one same process across shop !!! I never come and buy anything there.

Well supplied kitchen accessories store. Excellent salespeople very polite and attentive. Overall prices are not too high considering how expensive is the Dubai Mall. The pastry section has a good variety of items. Of all the kitchen stores in the Dubai Mall this one is probably the most affordable. Attention is King; they even offer you a Lavazza Espresso while you shop!
