The 3 stars is for the route, it's more suitable for walking track. It's hard to get to park unless in the golf club parking area which is for members only. It approximately takes 20-30 mins of walk. With car it takes 2-3 mins but with narrow road and actually a private path. We were lucky that no other car passing thru otherwise we had to reverse to let other car pass. The view on top is outstanding! We can't enter the tower/the building.

I love walking up to the Lighthouse; it brings back childhood memories when I stare out at the views. If you leave the town and walk along the coast towards the Lighthouse, it will take you through the boating lake and parkland. The walk can be steep in places; however, it’s well worth it to see the historical building and the views it has to offer. The Corporation of Trinity House owns the Lighthouse itself, which still operates 24/7 (albeit automated now); however, the properties connected to it are holiday lets. Unfortunately, it’s not open to the public, but that doesn’t stop you from walking around the outside (at a distance to respect privacy).

Very difficult to get to. Got to the country club but can’t get across to the lighthouse area.

Pretty lighthouse with the light flashing often and you can get up close to it sadly no public/private visit bit good views of it around the coast to Cromer

Great place to stay. Located on cliff top can walk down to Cromer beach but walk back up is only for very fit people. Part of Cromer lighthouse and next to golf course is very noisy in early morning

Not open to the public. Long scenic walk to the Lighthouse. Great views from there. Ideal walk for the Children and the family dog. (Please use the dog bins and not fling it into the trees).
Re-listed as it was marked private and Cromer Lighthouse was removed from Google maps.

All those times in Cromer and I'd never wandered up there before.
