I have ordered food from S S numerous times during 2021, 2022. And the food was okay then. After long time, recently got SS CB as part of a company lunch. I got a big piece of stone from the food. The food taste is going down and I think that quality and safety is no more a concern to SS since they are already established.

The food is amazing there is only take away we can't dine in That's the problem The staff are good. The mutton Biryani is a must try dish we ordered a meal for a 5 person mutton briyani bucket we plates spoon onion raita brinjal chicken 65 and sweets and eggs these all for the price of only *AED 115*

* Chicken Briyani tasted average 1 bucket quantity good for 2 person; briyani and the brinjal curry along also was so oily.
* Mentioned 2 pcs chicken but I got only 1 each in both the buckets I bought.
* Gulabjamun was perfect taste not over sweet.
* Raitha was good.

Only had the mutton biriyani from here. Taste and quantity is 10/10. The way they maintain the whole place is maintained so well and neat you won’t even find a single grain of rice on the floor or table. There is no dine in though, you can only get takeaways.

Amazing taste of biryani.
The best thing about their biryani is that the flavor is evenly distributed I really loved the portion size.

Hope their raita could be better.

Frustrating Food Delivery Experience

I recently ordered food from SS Bucket Biryani, but unfortunately, the order was canceled in the end, even though I haven't received the order. It was a frustrating food delivery experience from start to finish.

The restaurant's customer service was unresponsive and did not provide any useful information regarding the cancellation or the order status. The lack of communication and accountability made me feel undervalued as a customer.

I wanted to try their biryani, but unfortunately, I cannot comment on the food quality since I never received my order. I hope they will improve their food delivery service and customer support, as it was a total waste of my time and money.

Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant's food delivery service based on my experience. I suggest looking for other reliable restaurants that prioritize their customer's satisfaction.

The best tasty biriyani I have ever tasted is from here only. I have tried chicken and mutton, both are delicious. They give gravy, curd, and sweet jamun. I would rate this as 5 star biriyani.
