After I downloaded an app, doing laundry became very easy. Btw in jlt cluster X they don’t have physical place to bring your clothes, so better order pick up throw the app

Have been using laundry app services in Dubai for 3 years and this one is the best. Imran is our driver and he is excellent. The company is very reliable thanks to great drivers like Imran and other staff behind the scenes that do a great job and always collect and deliver on time with a friendly smile. Thanks to all of your team ????????

I'll be honest, I wasn't quite sure about this app, but decided to give it a go. And I'm glad I did, so easy to set up on the app, order was placed and laundry was picked up on the time slot given. The driver was kind and courteous, and filled me in on the process and the different bags for different services, clothes were delivered exactly 2 days later exactly on time. My wash and dry clothes were very neatly folded, socks sorted ( very impressed with this very nice touch ). Dry cleaning items were hung on hangers. Honestly the best laundry service I've had since moving to the UAE 10 years ago. I can not recommend enough.

The worst laundry service in Dubai.. Please avoid using them.

- Drivers dont come on time
- They destroyed my 2 jackets
- No one answering the chat

Very very poor service.. PLEASE STOP USING THEM

The worst every
They don’t answer the email or the live chat or there number
They late to send the clothes
And when they return the clothes back they didn’t call me or told me when they return it
My delivery time was yesterday at 12:00-14:00
:And they Dilivery it today at 8:34
And they collect not at same time that is mission that means I have to wait for them at home
OMG
The driver send me pictures for my clothes hanged in and touched the floor
I found a what’s up from him with only picture for my staff

I tried million times to call them but no answer

I used them because WashPlus laundry recommend them
Now I don’t trust both of them

The driver was late and I was asked to leave my items outside, as they were pillows and duvet, I couldn't do that. I canceled the order and the "nice" customer service said they could reschedule the pick up and enter my order again manually in the system. Little did I knew that they were going to choose another category for my items and charge more than double for it. I will never use their services again.

Used to use them regularly and decided to stop. I had signed up for washing bags and for ironing bags via Emaar app. While their quality was not bad - pick up and delivery was always unreliable. But the final straw was we had an ironing bag booking that was never fulfilled and just marked as complete. We raised a complaint 3 times and they just declined to fulfill booking. Gave a lame excuse that we hadn’t kept the bag for collection outside our door. No one even rang our door bell or called us to collect it at scheduled booking time. After multiple follow ups, I’ve now given up on this company. My suggestion take your laundry somewhere else - there are lots of better options out there.

Edit: it is your company that is providing the laundry service right? I bought a Laundryman service - not an Emaar service. Emaar customer service responds saying that Laundryman team refused to service order - this has happened 3 times and I’ve never had issues with Emaar except with Laundryman. They are only a marketplace app from which I bought your service and are middlemen in the situation. It doesn’t absolve Laundryman from servicing the order and responding. If I didn’t have a good experience despite using a trusted middleman party Emaar why would I risk booking directly through your app.

No consideration for time, don't expect your laundry to be delivered by time. However, their quality of service is good.

They have the all-you-can-fit option which is a money saver.

I had hard time to reach them, most of their phones are not working. I finally got to them through these numbers +971 50 108 8874 and +971 55 326 4189.
