Yoga Ashram is a peaceful and tranquil place where people rest, energize the mind and rejuvenate the spirit, as well as learn new skills. I loved my experience.

I went to the yoga class with sound healing and it was amazing. I felt rejuvenated after the class. The instructor is friendly and professional. The yoga studio is in JLT and it's one of the best yoga studio's in Dubai. They have a variety of classes you can choose from.

If you are lost, bothered, disturbed, feeling like all is falling apart; I would recommend Reiki Healing with Ms. Redab. This is the great way to start coming back to yourself. Teacher is sensitive and professional.
Thank you for such a full of calmness experience.

I really enjoying doing the Circuit Yoga with Vibin. She was really kind and always help to learn the positions and how to connect your mind and body.
Also, Full moon meditation and yoga with Jaya was really good.
Will definitely do more classes..
Highly recommend

Amazing yoga studio with authentic vibes, staff truly cares about all guests. Was extremely happy to attend Christmas gathering where I found many warm people and new friends which is so precious for Dubai.

I am a regular at yoga ashram. They have many classes for yoga and meditation for people in any level. I have found the teachers and staff extremely welcoming and have made me enjoy and love yoga very much. They also continuously organise fun events where everyone is welcome. I highly recommend!

Had a great session at yoga Ashram , took a stretch and stability session with Munish , great ambience , knowledgeable teachers , would love to visit again.
