My relationship with Laya Developers (formerly Aksahara Real Estate Development) started in 2020 at the start of the pandemic. Even though it seemed like the world was shutting down, it was the perfect opporunity to make an investment in Dubai, I came across the an ad on dubizzle with an offer I couldn't resist, a down payment of only 10%and the opportunity to own property in Dubai, I quickly pounced on it, the team at Laya were so gracious enough to offer me a month to complete
my DLD payment as I didn't have all the money at the time, something which most developers do not accept. The handover process was swift and on time. Laya also offered me a 5 year payment plan with monthly installments favourable, fast forward to when I started having problems with the a property management company that was not releasing my rental amounts due to me, the team at Laya did not sit back they were quick to respond to me and offer assistance in retrieving this money
on my behalf. Fast forward to when I completed all my payments, Laya immediately started the transfer of the title. This team of women is trusted, highly professional and skilled at what they do, with them you can be sure that your money is 100% safe. Thank you Ms, Solani, Ms Swatha and Ms Jannah for all your efforts.
I look forward to making many more investments with you! You are the best!
