Absolutely beautiful holiday park, very well kept and laid out with an incredible amount of activities for all ages and all weathers .
It wasn't school holidays but there were giant characters walking around the park and performing on stage for the children.
There are outdoor and indoor pools, both lovely. The bar, restaurant, entertainment and sales staff were all professional and friendly, especially Lauren.
The food was good and there is a vast range of holiday homes to choose from. Security is very good. The park backs onto a nature reserve with some lovely walks and is not far from the beach. A little hidden gem, highly recommended.

Just returned from our second week away this year. All we can say is wow. We took our chances on accommodation, having selected the caravan we wanted last time. But we were in for the most pleasant surprise. Our caravan was brand new with amazing features, including wrap around decking and Bluetooth speakers. We were also located in a lovely quiet spot in Saxon Court facing out on to the river. Absolutely gorgeous. The living space had everything we needed, it was super clean and extremely comfortable. The park was well run and the staff all polite and friendly. The facilities were all open and although we didn't use them all they were clean and tidy and ready for a busy week. The food we had in the Mash & Barrel was delicious and well priced. Can not fault the place and we are already booking to go back again before this year is out. Thank you Combe Haven

Stayed here with my 4 children for a long weekend as we were attending a wedding nearby. We were later than planned arriving but we could change our arrival time on the app and the van was ready for us when we arrived.
Check in was quick and simple and the van was lovely. Very clean and comfortable and tucked away by hedges, perfect for us.
The morning of the wedding there was a power cut and we couldn't get ready in the van. I called security and they quickly arranged for us to use the leisure centre.
Leisure centre staff were expecting us on arrival and were really helpful too, even bringing us an extension cable so we could use hairdryers etc which we really appreciated.
The park itself is clean and well presented and every staff member we interacted with was genuinely helpful.
Check out was easy too and the whole experience was designed to make the holiday as simple as possible.
Thank you all, well definitely be staying with Haven again.

What a lovely place. Just spent a long weekend in a static. This is by far the best caravan park we have used. We had a 6 year old with us, so naturally she loved the kids entertainment in the evening. The staff, including maintenance, reception, entertainers and even the security are always smiling and polite and helpful. Didn't use the restaurants but did use the bar. Drinks are a bit pricey but I expected that. The shop is pretty much Coop prices but it is very well stocked. From the minute you book, the app keeps you informed and even tells you when you can make bookings, like swimming. Check in is easy, check out is smooth. Some short, sharp hills to get to the main complex, therefore if you have mobility issues, I would ensure you get a caravan at the top of the hill. Accommodation was well stocked and very clean.

My first time here and if you've got young kids they were absolutely love it,. The swimming is good, the entertainment in the evening it's quite fun for the kids, the arcade and the parks around and all the activities you can book all very good.

But definitely had a couple of issues like saying it's a dog friendly park but the dog was only allowed in the restaurant, not even the shop let alone in the arcade or the entertainment bit (We are also talking about a very old small dog who was in a (pushchair), also not allowing food if laying on the sunbeds by The outdoor pool is a very strange decision,. Speaking of the outside pool the water slide was open very sporadically and it seemed to be only open for about 20 minutes when they did open it, there's just some things they could easily do to make it great,. Like you can order burger king and Papa John's to your table at the entertainment but can't order food from the main restaurant next door or even a hot drink.

But like I said all in all it was a very good time and my kids loved it I went during school time I'm not sure I would have paid half term prices but the one thing I would say is if you're bringing kids and a dog be prepared for someone to be left behind with the dog

Stayed here for the week with my family.
We all had a nice stay,
Kids were entertained enough although gets a little repetitive.
Should just allow the kids to have a dance every now and then and let the music play instead of constantly intervening.
My children just wanted to have a little disco but the entertainers constantly want the children to interact with them.
Which I understand is the job however just stand down every now and then.
The children loved the hero's!
They were brilliant.
Outside pool wasn't yet ready however didn't upset us to much.
Food is expensive compared to outside the park.
Can pretty much add a pound to everyday items in the shop.
The burger king and papa john's are also up to a premium.
That sed the park staff are well trained and friendly.
Unfortunately all the children developed a virus/bug on the last evening cutting our final day short as we went home first thing in the morning.
all the kids have been unwell since for the past 3 days so far.

Overall we would come back as it holds a special place for me and my Fiance as we met here on the park 16 yrs ago ????

Just got back from a midweek stay! It was great. The caravan was clean and well looked after we paid to choose the location which was great as we was right near the main complex.

My kids absolutely loved the entertainment and also loved Jodie one of my twins was so sad when we left as we wouldn’t see her again but she made their holiday! So thank you so much.

Only downside was both pools inside and outside were very cold and the younger 2 struggled with this but my son still loved it and the coldness didn’t bother him.

Prices in the park I thought was reasonable I actually work at a centre parcs and it was a lot cheaper here then at my work!

Highly recommend anyone with kids visiting you will have a great holiday.

Stayed last week for 4 days, we booked a dog friendly caravan as we had our 2 dogs with us, however, the dog friendly caravan was not the cleanest, it was tidy but not fully cleaned luckily enough we brought some cleaning products with us. There was dog hairs on the sofa from the previous dog in the caravan and the floors weren't cleaned as there was still some dirt and crumbs on the floor, the bedrooms and bathroom though were spotless. We were in Meadowbank so it's at the bottom of the park we had the car with us so didn't need to walk up the big hill would definitely recommend trying to get a caravan at the top of the hill as the hill is very very steep. The entertainment is good but very short at night time, adult entertainment starts around 8 but is over for around 10pm not sure if this is different on the weekends. The staff are all really friendly. Would come back but would be making sure to get a caravan at the top of the hill closer to the main facilities.
