It was the second time we stayed in Le Meridien Mina and definitely not the last time. The staff is nice and very supportive, the rooms are meanwhile renovated and the overall condition is not reflecting the actual age of the property.

Especially with kids great fun!

Such a beautiful place , great location , amazing facilities and such a great staff. We didn't get the chance to stay here yet as Grosvner residents, we get access to this beautiful location. The three pools , restaurants, green fields, and activities make us want to shift here. The pools are temperature controlled and well safe and secure with available life guards. The food is great across all restaurants. The staff is super friendly and well trained to deal with a huge number of people. The kids' club is super perfect , with lots of things to do. The beach is walking distance, and golf carts are available. Hopefully, I will manage to check in here one day. The interior is so nice and super clean . Amongst few that provide chairs on the beach and have life guards. This is a great place for families and even couples. The bars are nice and they also have a pool bar. Keep it up, great people, and thank u .

The staff at the hotel is amazing and very well trained. The jungle park is fantastic for both adults and kids. The pool of the hotel is also very good. The rooms are small and the bathroom specially the shower is very small. The restaurant where the breakfast is served is also small and gets really crowded early. The bar in the W (Barasti) plays the music very loud all day until 2 AM.

So this was the 3rd hotel during a 3 week stay for us in Dubai, would have been better just coming home
this was the 2nd time we visited this hotel , The first time was 4 years ago and it was lovely The staff and service,pool, and beach were all great.

The 2nd time around was not so good !!

The new water park for kids is a good addition but the pool and pool bar and restaurant are very tired and dirty looking, the pool water was full of chemicals and a strong smell when even near it on beds !
The beach has the cabanas removed and now just lines of beds which takes away the nice resort feel tou now just like any other beach.

Lucky enough you can use the wearing pool, which was now over crowded due to most families using it due to the pool conditions!

We went to the adult section beach club every day just so we could get a sunbed.

The hotel itself has not been upgraded in 4 years , IMO if it has I can't see it . Rooms were the same , AC gave myself and daughter a cold system that needs upgrading and cleaning.

Breakfast is just an absolute circus !

Over crowded, no system, no control, people just everywhere like ants , the food also wasn't't great. Waiting 20 min for a coffee.

If you want a water part for the kids, maybe look at this hotel if not then book elsewhere .

In a world of 5 star hotels this is now feeling like a 2 or a 3.

Thank you so much for a beautiful stay, staff are so friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond to make your stay the most amazing and memorable. Thank you Raj at the restaurant, Subin of housekeeping, literally every member of the hotel are so so kind. Me, my husband and 3 kids - we loved our stay and next time we will make sure to book directly with the hotel. Just exceptional service!!

this hotel experience was rubbish until cedrick (security) did so much for us and our disabled children we had with us. he went above and beyond to help us out, made our experience very lovely, helped us out a lot. my mum were crying and the only worker that managed to make her happy and smile was cedrick. at this point my mum was gonna leave but it was all thanks to cedrick for making our experience enjoyable. he turned all our frowns upside down and i think he should be promoted for manager and director as he goes above and beyond. All the other staff was rude and unhelpful expect cedrick who always helped us out. he made my mum smile and my mum is only enjoying this holiday because of cedrick, if it wasn’t for him we would have left. if it wasn’t for cedrick my mum would have took this matter further but cedrick going out of his way is the only reason she hasn’t, so i highly recommend he gets promoted

We tried the Jungle Bay Waterpark today and absolutely fell in love with it. Total Santorini vibes and great fun for the whole family. We went with our baby and he had the best time, loads of safe spaces and shallow bits for him to crawl and splash around in. Would make this a frequent visit. The restaurant serves healthy options too. You can easily spend a whole day here and not realize where the time has gone. Bonus it's also right next to the beach!

Meanwhile this hotel is old and worn out. Renovation doesn't help anymore. It's a clear destroy and rebuild project.

Maybe they offer the rooms for families with little children at an affordable price. At least they have a water fun park. The maintenance of the premises is low...
