We had an amazing experience in this hotel. Room and other amenities are so clean, plus the service is really amazing. I wanna thanks, Ms. Kritika, who assisted us, She's really friendly and accommodating, she's the best ???? Oh I forgot to mention the View it's so beautiful and relaxing ???? I highly recommend.

The most amazing part of the hotel is staff at the front desk especially guys from Uzbekistan, they really kind and helpful. The rooms are small size but nice new and cozy. I do not recommend a burj view room as it has a huge fan outside making lots of noise in the morning. I really enjoyed staying they have the best staff and location is great.

Great bang for buck.
Rooms are clean and the location is good. The only downsides are the the windows don't open and the subsequent "smell" in the room and the fact that the faucet seems to only give hot or cold water with no Inbetween

The hotel rooms are comfortable, there is a swimming pool on the roof with a nice view, but the biggest advantage of the hotel is the super friendly, helpful, good english speaking Staff. Especially Tarun that is serving breakfasts in the restaurant. Try the french toasts!

Very nice & quiet hotel. Stayed there beginning of March and will likely go back there when we go back to Dubai. Special thanks to the hotel staff and shabestan staff (Ronaldo!) for their service. Great and tasty food also for breakfast. I highly recommend!

very clean rooms, very good location of the hotel, a very nice courteous and helpful employee named Mohammed at the reception, who made a lot of effort to communicate with the German and Italian language. He was very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. thank you very much from Marlen and Massimo

Amazing experience during my stay. Very clean and rooms are modern and new. Great customer service and great facilities.

Breakfast buffet was awesome! Especially the attendants in the restaurant Ronaldo & Tarun … very kind, polite and helpful.

Very nice place , the front desk guys very helpful , they arrange for me taxie everyday , 2 staff of the restaurant very welcoming and friendly and they make sure you are relaxed while having breakfast, loved the stay and highly recommended.
