1. The water in the shower was very hot. Whenever I took a shower, the water would be warm but as time goes on, the water would get really hot (almost burning my skin) so I had to take a shower fast in order to avoid this. Staff tried to check it out but could not fix the issue and blamed the hot Dubai weather for this. Odd because I live in Toronto and it's also 35C in summer (same temp as it was in Dubai when I was there), and our water never gets this hot in my condo.
2. On the floor, beside the toilet, there was a small sewage hole. I noticed there were small little bugs that came out from that sewage. I am not sure what they were but they were contained in that little sewage area and did not go into my room. I squashed as many as I can but they keep coming.
3. AC was a bit loud so hard to sleep at night, I had to use ear plugs.
You can tell the hotel was renovated recently because if you look closely at the walls, you can see some cracks in the paint. Overall, the room does look nice and modern but the issues I had above means it's far from perfect.

Cons: Breakfast could be better in terms of choices. Also, breakfast area sometimes can get overcrowded. You have to pay for the coffee at the breakfast. Most of the rooms have a view of the inner part of the semi-closed shopping center which means most of the people from other rooms can see you so there is a lack of privacy. It was almost impossible to get cold water in the shower.

I lost my gold ring from my room which I noticed it on my last day leaving the country.
I was very shock and disappointed.
I only asked for 2 times house keeping in 10 days, only house keeping workers were coming to our room and other than that no one should be entering my room without permission.
Unfortunately we lost our gold ring in those days!
Very sad with the service, no matter what the item is or where it is laying down no one is allowed to take it with them.
