Ordered three pairs today(great discounts) and they arrived in a few hours.

Shoes are shoes, something for everyone.

But the real reason for writing this review is to highlight fantastic packaging from level shoes itself.

I went for the fancy option, I know it's not sustainable. However I was blown away by the quality of the bags, boxes, and paper inside the box with the little sticker logo.

Very very well done. You made my three pairs look even more exclusive than I thought they would be. (They are!!!)

Well done level shoes! I'll be back soon!

They have a big discount recently and took the chance. They are the only store which have the model of the sneakers I am looking for and the sale was worth the wait. The staff( unfortunately i didn’t get his name!) was very helpful and friendly despite the sale chaos.

I have ordered and paid for 03 items online. They advertised it online that they can deliver the items with 90 minutes, the items arrived about 6 hours later. When I opened the package, one item was missing. They DO NOT have the courtesy to inform the customer, I have to call them to find out that 1 item was on hold due size not available. I was told by the customer service staff over the phone that I will receive an email within 48 hours about the missing item. 6 days later, still no one borders to reply.

I am a regular customer and most satisfied with the quality of service they provide.
“THEY ACTUALLY MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL LIKE A KING”.
You may get lucky with exclusive offers during the sale that they have.
Their mobile application is very user friendly and you may avail 10% discount on your first login for selective brands.
There is a particular smell at the level store which is just “Amazing” and it excites you to shop.

Are you serious Level Shoes? You will sell a dirty nike? To be honest it looks like someone wore it before!
The next day after I check it, I was devastated so I immediately send an email and guess what? Their customer service is the worst.

I swear, I will never ever purchase at Level Shoes again! ????????????

I am so disappointed!

I want my refund ASAP!

I had a great experience with them and still having it ordered 3 times and I will still using it also I used the return and refund option.
They were very fast to deliver my orders even if the 90 minutes is not working the next day they will bring it upon the time chosen. Customer care we’re very helpful also in helping me refunding my payment

I purchased 3 shoes online , however just received one. Called the customer service the 2nd day just to check if there’s any issue or if the shoes i ordered are out stock (since it happened before and they didn’t inform me on spot) they said that on their system it shows that the order placed is in stock & they will get back to me the next day by phone call or email. Unfortunately they didn’t, called today and they said oh sorry the items u ordered are out of stock! Level shoes has the worst service ever! Do not waste ur time buying from this store!!

grew up visiting this castle every time i visited my grandparents who lived on the street below. took my wife to see it a few years back and realised what a great piece of scottish heritage it actually is. go and enjoy!!
