For this brand absolutely inappropriate way to approach customers! They have staff more than customers, yet they claim they’re busy (they’re not). Mall of the Emirates is the way better

Unfortunately the sales agent (Yuan) wasn’t proactive in informing and advising about the product he is selling. His whole attitude was as if he is selling a lc waikiki bag.
He was not representative and willing to serve his customers. I would advice them to train their staff on customer service..

The saleswomen Yulia had really bad and rude attitude towards Asian consumers, extremely long waiting time for paying, no water and other services, always ignore our request etc. （before we diceded what to buy）
A STRONG CONTRAST TO WESTERN COUNTRIES CONSUMERS????

Very rude by staff who were today at 3 pm , I work in dubai mall in other boutique too , just wanted to visit and browse that’s all , no need assistance for me as they saw am in uniform,
And they said wait and que outside to for just browsing hhhh , lowest service by staff not appreciated not appropriate for the Chanel iconic brand .

Worst chanel store. The staff is like they are doing you a favor. The pregnant lady working there, plain rude had the audacity to tell me that she will see if she can exchange my item just because i had another exchange in my history. So what! I have the right to make any exchange within 30 days of an absolutely unused item. Other staff also, in a hurry, talking gossiping with each other. Need some training n lessons from the staff in moe boutique

RUDE STAFF. there was no queue outside the second time i entered but i was stopped by one of the staffs and the lady in front of me wasnt. Normally these luxury stores look down on asians. I was surprised the staff stopped me and the lady in front of me got assisted. She told me to wait but she didnt even asked the lady in front of me. So thank you for being so accommodating Chanel.
