I have booked delux king room through make my trip. But the experience did not made me happy. Room was not cleaned properly. Balcony door lock was damaged and not able to lock the door. Room looks little old, furniture and walls paints started peeled off, not maintained properly.

It is the best hotel in Dubai I' ve ever been. The staff is helpful and polite. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and there is everything you need to start the day. When I come back I will definitely choose Le Wana Hotel again.
Thanks to all staff for help and welcoming us.

Disaster, I waited for the check in 25 minutes, the room has many missing things, the TV remote not working, called the room service twice to get help with the missing things and that took too long. Some people walking around in the rooftop in front of my balcony (zero privacy). The bathroom looks very unclean and old. I don't recommend to anyone.

Ask for KARTHIK from Mumbai...????

Didn't expect much from this "out of the way" hotel ... cab cost us 35 AED only from the airport... But the reception staff, the manager...even the bell boy Azeem ... went out of their way to make our stay memorable and comfortable.

Since the bed was a Queen sized one and we were three incl our daughter... They upgraded our room to a King sized one w/o addln charge and made our day ... ????

The room was pretty decent... location is just a stone throw away from UNION METRO STATION... That means it doesn't matter which attraction you need to visit in the city ... The metro will take you there...

Will recommend this hotel for people on a budget but still would like quality... I plan to visit them again next time.????????????

It was a hassle free experience overall.
Positive:
The biggest of them all - the location. This place is literally centrally located for many sought after places like Gold souk, Spice market, Al Ghurair mall, Naif souk - all at a walking distance. Even the Marina cruise pick up point was so close by. Many grocery shops and eateries around - you will be spoilt for choice
Then the Breakfast - we were three including a child. During check in, we were given an option to include breakfast for all of us at a very cheap daily rate. The food spread was not the greatest on earth, but it was practical and no nonsense. There was a good deal of variation also everyday
The room was, I would say, average and a little long-ish. There was a TV which ran only local channels. But we used the room only for night's sleep. SO we were ok.

Negative:
The worst thing was the room service. After the day of Desert Safari, I requested to clean the room and bed. While we went to sleep, I could see that the linen was not cleaned or changed and sand was still present on it. We needed to ask for it the next day too, but it was not done before we left.

Rooms: Executive and Premium Rooms
Stay: 7 nights during the months of December and January.

Due to the hotel's location in front of the Al Ghurair mall and its proximity to the Union station for the red and green lines of the metro, this is most likely one of the ok to great deals you can find for the price during peak season. Numerous clothing stores, a variety of restaurants (including Western, Asian, and Middle Eastern restaurants), and a parking space that is free to use (notify information) are all located nearby.

The hotel appears to be a little out of date, and the carpets could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I do, however, spend the majority of my time outside, primarily for rest. Around nine in the morning, housekeeping begins, and you must inquire if you need to reheat food. From the lobby to the room, Wi-Fi signal strength is good.

So much of hospitality prompt service and lewana was so welcoming. We loved our stay and it was very worth staying here

Stayed for like five days and felt like i was at home. Room was spacious and clean. Staff is very nice and cooperative. Specially, the lady at the restaurant named “Emelyn” was very polite and decent. Breakfast was also good. Apart from this the location is very central. Neighbourhood is very quite unlike the other hotels having clubs and bars. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to others as well.
