This optic shop is very nice. I had been here three years before. Now also I ordered my new glass and they provide me urgently since I am traveling. Nice people very professional and customer centric. So I recommend them to you. If you are or vist Dubai you have to see them. And I am sure you will be very happy and get professional service.

The frame of my glass was broken, so I came to buy new frames. I gave the lady my specs, came next day and collected the glass with new frames (lens is the same). After replacing the frame I couldn't read anything in short sight, it became blurry. I was so upset as the lens was extremely expensive. I called them and informed and they kept saying they didn't do anything and told stupid excuses that didn't make any sense like to wait for 3-5 days and check, may be it takes time to adjust. But I only replaced the frames not the lens. Crazy people. I tried using the specs for a day and I started getting bad headache and clearly understood these people have done something wrong. I went back to the shop, gave the specs back to check and another guy told the lens was put incorrectly, the left was put in right and right in left. Wasted my time and effort running back and forth to the shop. Plus they didn't even apologize for the mistake they did, such stupid people, no manners. Poor customer service. DON'T GO THERE!!

Although their selection of glasses and sunglasses are little compared to big shops, the customer service is just fantastic.

Gave one star only cos I had to as there is 1 girl in there and she’s constantly rude to me and I’m polite so I ignored her . Arnt the ppl who work suppose to be nice to customers , not rude !!!!

Excellent pharmacy always get prescriptions done as soon as possible. Staff are super friendly & there’s even a night service where you can pick up or put in your prescription through the window

Excellent this chemist has intervened on my behalf when the doctors did not understand a simple request. The girls have emailed the medicine team in the doctors practice so they can talk to someone and explain what is needed. This is well above what they needed to do and is much appreciated. I just hope they get more sense out of the doctors practice than I did. Thanks for a great service.

Been moved to their new site over 2 weeks now and the level of incompetency is ridiculous 5 girls with no idea where patients prescriptions are !
