Worst supermarket I’ve ever dealt with online AND face to face. Sent me rotten squished tomatoes. Decided to change items in my cart and replace them with items double the price without asking.
When i went the floor was dirty and all the groceries had flies swarming around them. Dont get me started on the meat fridge and how dirty the entire section is. Not to mention how old and smelly the area is in general. Prices are x2 more than other places.

NOT RECOMMENDED ESPECIALLY FOR ALL LEBANESE PEOPLE. ABORT!

This is a nice place being they bake fresh most alternative days, though please try keeping flies and other insects off from your bakery section. The main doors are kept open on most mornings and there are flies and insects roaming around the entire store.

In terms of groceries, food, confectionery, fruits, household materials, etc. this outlet has a vast variety.

However, giving 3 star because there is always confusion at the checkout cashier. Sometimes it is vacant and no one to bill, this is not one time experience but multiple.

The place isn't up-to-date. Shabby. Lots of new shop opened in the past two years that have a wider variety of lebanese goods.

Not impressed at all! Poor customer service. Staff are more interested in standing around chatting to one another then serving custimers at the tills. I also witnessed them publicly arguing with a customer and then continuing to complain about the customer once they left, despite a me still being in store and plain sight. I have to admit the gentleman on the meat counter though was extremely helpful and friendly.thankfully there was 1 reliable member of staff.

This branch has the worst employees.They never get orders right and they show so much attitude in person or over the phone.Nobody knows
what beef sirloin is!I ordered for beef sirloin and they send me Lamb!I ordered for lemon and they send me something else!The manager is the worst!He does not know what theyare selling,he has no idea how to instruct his subordinates .It is a circus in there!

I faced awful experience at TECOM shop with delivery. If you order only water they do not pay attention to you and accept order making you waiting hours and hours. In the end when you call them after hours of waiting they give answer that water is finished. I think it is the worst customer service experience i ever had. Poor management and control, otherwise team would work better.
