Really disappointed paid for a talabat by card ,last minute was modified to pay cash from the shop had to return my items with no notice or apologies from the shop. Had to wait a long time for order to then return it back again.

Worst experience.
Expensive.
Prices are not mentioned on most of the items. When I ask the lady at the counter about it, she's not ready to respond, she looked at me so with angry expression.

Rude, impolite staff. Even the delivery takes forever. We orders some household necessities and it took them more than an hour for the delivery, and another instance happened where i followed up my order because it was again late, and a new staff picked up the phone, only to find out that my orders was not placed and they will just send out the delivery guy on that moment. Tonight, as I have no choice but to order to them again, the lady named Edna is very impolite. As if she is not talking or addressing to a customer. Terrible!!!

Full fledge supermarket with good variety. Designed for last minute necessities not monthly shopping.
Good collection of arabic necessities like laban, cheese, olive oil and so on.
Staff needs to start focusing on customers!

A good neighbourhood grocery store with most essentials available. It is a little more expensive than the usual stores in residential areas. It has almost a monopoly in the Garhoud area. Hence do not expect any offers. But they are good for urgent need of household items and every day grocery essentials. Was mostly visited by Emirates crew and neighbouring school kids and Welcare Hospital visitors. Few residential buildings around hence not crowded at all. Plenty of paid parking in front.
