My boys age 7 and 8 years old are training with highly trained yoga instructor Tanu. She is extremely motivated, gentle and keeps my boys engaged and focus in their practice. I would highly recommend kids and adults to join Lifestyle Yoga as they are experienced in their field and highly competitive.

Lifestyle Yoga Dubai offers many different classes that caters to all levels and for all ages. Compassionate, passionate and qualified teachers which is definitely a plus in Dubai. Spacious yoga studio is bright and clean, clean towels, water and parking are available. Service at its best!!! The Lifestyle Yoga studio is in the five stars Shangri La Hotel after all... what else can be better :)

I highly recommend Lifestyle Yoga, Dxb, Online classes, it is a fantastic way to get a challenging and good workout.!
They have a variety of classes for all levels of practice.
Lifestyle Yoga is a tailored yoga practice which is a mix of strength, mobility, flow, relaxation and deep breathing!
The team of teachers are Wonderful, I love their dedication, knowledge about yoga and their amazing energy.
I look forward to their online classes everyday.... it makes me strong and in- tune with my Mind and Body!

One of the best yoga classes in dubai. Wonderful ambience. Lovely cheerful warm friendly experienced young ladies whose knowledge and expertise in yoga amazes me. Everyday I look forward to attend these classes and not a thing will make me miss it. It’s an experience in itself and I love it and I love both the young ladies. Lifestyleyoga is the right place to go for soul relaxation, meditation for mind, fitness for the body and to be refresh from daily toxins life .
Teachers are very passionate about what they do. You’ll feel like at home from the moment you step in
classes timings, structure and themes are amazing, it suits to everyone.
Also they cover all type of yoga. I personally love yin yoga and agni yoga focusing on deep connectivity tissue and core.
Free valet parking available which is big plus.
Highly recommended yoga studio in dubai.

They are dedicated and profound. Their yoga classes are specifically designed and each class has benefits for different purpose yet all classes complement each class. Initially I was doing only Hatha and Yin yoga. With online classes I experienced all types of classes and I realised that all classes meant to be practised equally. The founder and teachers are just amazing and I am grateful for every class that I practise. Most importantly they maintain the quality of classes. So you can trust them to go for a long term practice.

I have been a member of Lifestyle Yoga for the last 3 years. At the start of the Covid 19 pandemic, and during the shutdown, the founder of Lifestyle Yoga, Mr. Sumit Manav and his talented team were quick to shift from daily classroom sessions to daily virtual classes. The best thing about virtual classes is that we are able to interact on a personal level with our instructor and other students from the safety and comfort of our homes. With so many different yoga classes offered every day, lifestyle yoga have definitely succeeded in keeping me looking forward to the next class and in insuring that their students remain healthy in mind, body and soul... ????
